WOW, what a professional group to work with. We worked with Bob and he was a real joy. They recently replaced our roof and gutters and they may have actually left our site cleaner than when they started. I would HIGHLY recommend Central MN Renovations for any renovation projects. Just sad that I can only give them a 5 rating.

I can't say enough about Dan Stickler, Zac Perillo and the entire crew at CMR. Dan and Zac's availability and timeliness answering calls and texts was amazing! Mornings, nights, weekends, it didn't matter. They always responded to my questions and concerns regarding my insurance claim from storm damage. The CMR staff is extremely knowledgeable and was instrumental when working with my insurance company. Because of their experience and expertise, this was the key for successfully getting our roof, windows, fascia, gutters and downspouts replaced. The installation crews, including the roofers, window installers and finishers were all very professional, reliable, friendly and ON time! I would recommend using CMR for your home repair or home improvement needs!

CMR is a top notch company! Zak Perillo took care of everything involved with the replacement roof and trim on my home due to storm damage. He’s knowledgeable and professional. Zak answered all my questions, effortlessly submitted my insurance claim and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. All the employees were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after the project was completed. The entire process went seamlessly. I would highly recommend this company!

We had our roof done by Central Minnesota Renovations (CMR). Our consultant was Mr Zac ! We had very good communication with him during the whole process and Zac has been around long enough to know which shingles are good and which ones are just ok. The install went in excellent ! Liked how they protected everything around our hose with special care for all our greenery. We also worked well with the job foreman, good communication with him also and liked his hourly reports he gave us on the progress of the job. Would we use CMR again ? YES !! Thanks again CMR !!

Zac Perillo from Central Minnesota Renovations did a great job getting us approve though our insurance. It took a few months, but he went beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife and I were happy. The crews did a great job making sure we were 100% happy with everything. My experience with CMR went well beyond my expectations. I learned a lot about roofing and windows and who to deal with when it comes to insurance claims and battles. I Highly recommend Zac and CMR!

CMR replaced our roof, downspouts and windows. They were fantastic to work with from the start of the project to its completion. Zac was our point of contact and he assured us we would get new windows and roof and he followed through 100%. Communication was great and there were little to no issues, which is surprising with a project this big. Would highly recommend CMR!

CMR replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts, sliding door and almost all of our windows due to hail damage. We had other companies attempt to file with our insurance to have the damage covered but they had no luck.

Zac was my first, and main, point of contact and was certain CMR could get the damage approved by our insurance. He was top notch when it came to replying to texts/emails almost immediately and he always addressed my concerns in an understanding and professional manner.

I doubt there's a person in the twin cities who knows more about windows than Seth. We had CMR replace 19 windows (and the roof) in our house following a hail claim. They helped us manage the insurance process and made sure we got the right windows to match the existing windows' appearance. The whole team at CMR (Bob, Tom, Ryan, Michelle etc) were great to work with and very responsive. Everything ran like clockwork and we've got great new windows.

He did a great job communicating and answering all of my questions. The crews did a great job with installation and clean up. I would highly recommend and would use this company again!

Called to inquire about some general repairs needed in a home. The guy that answered was very rude saying "That's not what we do man" When i then asked him what services they offered he replied "I'm very busy". I'm not sure why this company has this guy answering the phone they have listed on google if he doesn't have enough patience or courtesy to have a meaningful professional conversation.

We contracted with Central Minnesota Renovations (CMR) for our roof, windows, and siding replacement. From the initial meeting with Jeremy Reich, I just knew this was a trustworthy company upon which I could count. This proved true time and time again with Seth Poundstone, Robert Mansur, John Riley and every single crew and finisher that worked on our home.

Jeremy shoots straight with you and is extremely responsive in returning emails, texts, and calls; plus is a really kind person. Jeremy passionately, knowledgeably, logically, and honestly answered every question I through at him; I had a lot based upon a previous experience. Seth truly knows his windows and the business. Robert is the impressive juggler who pulled the process together and is very conscientious to details. He is outstanding at managing the project even during crazy times. We only met John a couple times, but it was evident he knows this business and was helpful to us. The crews hired to do the work were outstanding. They were on time, did exceptional and efficient work, and picked up everything.

We did this project during the pandemic. This means supply chains and workers were constantly interrupted. It was and continues to be an odd and chaotic time. Yet through it all, every single person at CMR did a phenomenal job and took care of our home (plus my nerves) to the inth degree. Were there hiccups? Yes, as is expected on a job this size during this time. Was everything managed to a level 10 or more? YES!

CMR is an awesome company to work with. They handled all the insurance paperwork, ordered the materials and supervised the installation of new windows, siding and a roof. Following a series of storms in our area in 2014 - 2016, Seth and his team provided incredible insights and experience in understanding not only the landscape of home and asset damage assessment and processing, but he and his team were literally standing our our roof with our insurance adjuster discussing hail and wind damage indicators. What was most impressive is that Seth personally represented my wife and I with our adjuster and insurance company in email, phone and during inspection efforts at the house. I have photos of Seth and his lead with 2 insurance and inspection reps on the roof of our house walking through each and every impact and damage location that was identified the 2 weeks prior to the adjusters doing their inspection. At one point, Seth was teaching the inspector trainee on angle of hail impact, force and why some impacts to windows are more likely to fail than others. As a seasoned home constructor, his working knowledge of construction materials, design and performance of windows, doors, siding and roofing enables him to champion and 'fight' for what is fair and reasonable to the homeowner. I would recommend Seth and his company for every project dealing with this type of work. The installation of the 100% of our windows, doors, siding and gutters was done with the utmost professionalism and workmanship. The increased value of our home was the unexpected benefit. I worked with Seth in 2018. He laid out the steps, followed thru exactly like he said. I now have upgraded windows at no additional cost, covered by my insurance. I would recommend Seth to anyone needing windows replaced.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the whole process then what Seth and his crew provided from start to finish. they handled the whole insurance process like pros, and were able to walk us through the process. every step went exactly as Seth described. we our more than please with the Andersen 400 series windows they installed in our home. details matter to them and it shows. highly recommend CMR to anyone looking to improve the look of their home!!!!

I am still in the process, but all my windows with hail damage are being replaced with high quality windows. Insurance quickly accepted the estimate and my windows are ordered. My neighbor just had all their windows replaced by CMR and they look great and are very happy with the results. Great people to work with. It has been a very easy process.
