Jeff Wagner covered two most important values in a service business - customer oriented & quality! That is SO hard to find even in bigger companies. CentiMark should be proud and honored to have such a notable employee. He was also everything in-between (as highlighted above). Our church had the gigantic roof replaced 10 years ago by Centimark.

We've had no issues until this spring when a leak occurred directly over the altar of all places !

Tiffiany answered when I called for help and she had Jacob up here in no time. He not only did roof repair over the altar area but inspected the entirety of the roof and drainage systems off of the roof and made additional repairs to scuppers that weren't correct and causing unseen damage.

She sent Frankie and Charles up the next day to follow up on an item Jacob had been unable to complete due to a family emergency that took him off-sight and they were terrific as well. I'll recommend Centimark Roofing to any other facility in the Kansas City St. Joseph Catholic Diocese and anywhere else they may serve!!
