After a recent large hail storm in our neighborhood, we suspected our roof may be damaged, so we reached out to Centennial Roofing for an inspection. They were prompt in assessing our situation and provided photos showing damage, not only to our roof, but also our flashing, gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards. Centennial did a great job working with our insurance company and getting our claim initiated. On the day of installation, there was a huge pop up rain shower that wasn’t in the forecast or on the radar! We did get water in our home, since a partial section was uncovered. We were devastated. However, Centennial had their water remediation team on it with dehumidifiers and large heater fans within a couple of hours. They promptly took care of everything, getting the house back to its original condition. From start to finish, throughout our entire process in working with them, they were always very understanding, kind, professional, and a pleasure to work with!

Will and Ty collaborated effectively with the HOA Board throughout the roof and rain gutter replacement project at Park Place Townhomes, ensuring accuracy and resident satisfaction at every step. Thank you both!

Patrick Alexander was so helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Tanner Horn was on the property to supervise the work of the team. That's especially important as the customer feels like their home is falling down with the sheer volume of noise that comes with replacing a roof. Both Patrick and Tanner went above and beyond with our selection of roofing and making sure our property is clean and safe when the work was completed. Patrick made sure we had superior quality roofing products for our home since we could not replace the brand and style of our previous roofing. Cale helped us process a warranty claim on our roofing shingles, took all the required pictures, removed the required shingle samples, and sent them into the manufacturer for us. He also walked us through all the shingle choices and differences so we could make the best decision for us. Their price was fair, and the work was excellent. Our house looks new again!
