Great company to deal with, had my house under contract and the inspector found that the shingles on my roof were defective. Lou and his team at Centennial exteriors did a complete tear off and replacement. I was under the gun and they came through in a big way. They were fast, efficient and the quality of work was excellent. Would highly recommend, great value!

Had roof installed a few years ago and still going strong. More recently had them come back to check our roof after we had a bunch of solar panels installed. All good.

Lou was very responsive from our very first phone call until the work was complete. He explained in detail the many options that were available. His crew was respectful and thoughtful. They completed the work in the agreed upon time frame and cleaned up the area around the house. I was very pleased with this company from start to finish and I was would recommend them highly!

I have used Centennial Exteriors personally three times since 2019. They have always been honest and responsive. They work directly with your insurance company and actually meet the adjuster for the initial appointment. As a real estate professional I have also used them for second opinions on inspections as well as 5-year roof certifications. They are usually out to those appointments within a day. Several of my real estate peers also call them. They are local and efficient. Will use them always!!!
