The roof on my home sustained damage and I had to go through insurance, who cut me a check for replacement. Frustratingly, the 1st couple quotes that I got were substantially more than I was given. After getting nowhere going back and forth between my insurance company and some other contractors, I decided to reopen my search. I contacted Cedar Valley Handyman and their quote was right in line with what I was given. That’s when my roof sprung a small leak. The team at CVH expedited my materials, moved me up in their schedule, came in and knocked out the job cleanly and professionally. Roof looks great!! What more could you ask for?? Next time they’ll be my 1st call.

Contacted CV Handyman for what started out to be a "small" job of taking down a ceiling to allow for some plumbing work, and led to more and more. We now have a new kitchen ceiling AND and new bathroom walls and flooring. I was just super pleased with how responsive and timely they were, how pleasant they were to work with, how reliable they were, and how well they worked with the other contractors (plumber and electrician) we needed. And i am even happier with the finished job! Todd and Kyle were exceptional and were very conscientious about doing the job right! CVHM did a great job on our bathroom remodel. I would recommend them to anyone. It was hard to find a contractor that actually does everything without brining in a different crew for each step.

Cedar Valley Handyman built new wooden back steps for us. The steps are great—they did a few add-ons for us. We both walk with canes and the carpenter put on a wider top step and a super safe rail. They started work on a Thursday and it happened to be followed by Labor Day weekend. He went the extra mile to make sure we had usable steps until he could finish the next week. I can’t say enough good things about the work they did. When they finished, there wasn’t even a piece of work left in our yard.

We had a exterior door moved and insulation/drywall work done. I was always at work when they came but Jack always kept me up to date and would contact me with any questions instead of just doing what he felt should be done. I appreciate that so much! We have work that will need done down the road and plan on having them do the work again.

Cedar Valley Handyman for the win again! We bought a new vanity and mirror for our half bathroom but were a little worried about having plumbing issues if we tried to install it ourselves. We called Cedar Valley Handyman and Barb got us on the schedule right away. Todd did an amazing job and went the extra mile to preserve the historic oak baseboard behind the vanity. These folks charged my elderly mother over one thousand dollars after quoting $360 for painting a small bedroom. They managed to get her to settle for $800 even after they painted the windows shut, damaged hard wood floors and charged $67 for rollers, tape and brushes... can't say I'd recommend them at all.

Scott hung 18 items in our restored home after we were out of our home for 7 months. He was courteous and efficient. He listened to my suggestions. I'm not one to use big nails or screws to hang pictures in our mostly plaster walls. He hung a Cuckoo clock, a sign, and lots of pictures. Now that everything is up on the walls we are truly at home. Appreciated this service very much.
