I would sincerely like to thank Rich Rivet of Cedar Falls Construction and his team for an amazing job.

My family and I experienced a house fire, after which our home was deemed condemned. From the night of the fire until the repairs were completed, Mr. Rivet and his team have been amazing. From structural repairs to redesigning the inside of my home, there has been nothing they couldn't fix. My family and I are extremely happy with the work that was done by Cedar Falls Construction, and I have and will continue to recommend Cedar Falls Construction to my family and friends.

The crew at Cedar Falls Construction did a fabulous job putting our warehouse space back together after having a large fire in late 2022. The staff was very patient and worked with us throughout the insurance process to ensure that we would love the new space when it was complete. I have attached some before and after photos of the space that show the amazing transformation.❤

Rich and his family of guys are the most caring and compassionate group of people I have ever come across in my life. They turned a horrible 2 year nightmare into a miracle, in just 2 short months. Rich did a wonderful job with our home. He built a very large addition to an existing older home that is concrete, and also remodeled the existing kitchen/living room. This was not an easy task as you can imagine, however Rich and his crew worked tirelessly and the end result is truly amazing. He has the patience of a saint and his vision for our home exceeded our expectations. His staff are extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and a joy to be around. Rich is not only professional, but personable and willing to do his all. Thank you Rich for all you have done. Our home is incredible!!

Last year we had a fire at our home in Westfield, I called around to many contractors and I just wasn't pleased with their responses nor their transparency. When I reached out to Richard at Cedar Falls Construction, he was very professional, and I was impressed with his knowledge of home building and fire reconstruction. From the beginning and often throughout the process, he always said, I work for you and it's all going to be ok, and you're going to be back into a beautiful, brand-new home. Richard didn't disappoint and he really delivered with all of our construction needs and more.

When I was having problems in the beginning with the Remediation company that I had previously hired, Richard referred me to Patrick at Quality Restoration, and that same day his team came in and started the process, effectively and efficiently. Whenever I had questions, and needed reassurance, Richard was there and available by phone and more times often than any, would meet me down at my property to discuss and review with me, any of my concerns or alleviate any anxieties. Richard skillfully navigated through the insurance process with extreme success, and we truly worked as a team during the whole process from start to finish.

When it comes to craftsmanship, quality and attention to details, Cedar Falls is second to no one. To Richard and his entire team of workers and sub-contractors, me and my wife can't say enough about how completely satisfied we are with the finished product of our home. On a side note, Richard is veteran, and a thoughtful and meticulous individual who is very passionate about his work. Anyone should be fortunate to have Cedar Falls Construction hired for their contracting needs.

I came home from a deployment and found my house to have major water loss/ flood damage after an unnamed utility company chose to shut off my gas for maintence when I was away. A coworker recommended Mr. Rich Rivas and cedar falls construction so I went with them. I must say this company was so helpful, at times it felt as if Rich went after my insurance company and fought harder for me than I did in my predicament. It was a slow process but Rich explained it all to me, helping me get everything, and I mean everything replaced. He has gone to the extent of showing me 2 houses he was working on, that were totally destroyed months ago to now looking amazing. I cannot recomment Cedar falls construction enough. From the help with insurance, the clear explination of the process, to the amazing work they do. I hope I never need to suffer from such a loss again, but if I somehow do, I know that cedar falls will be the first place I call.

After a year of run around from other contractors, we hired Cedar Falls Construction to replace our deck and re-side our home. Rich and Tom, the siding expert, were incredibly professional and attentive to our thoughts, concerns, ideas , and never ending questions throughout the entire project. Tom and I chatted every morning his crew was working, about the status of the project and how it was coming along. Rich communicated most every day about the project and any issues that arose during the process. The entire crew was respectful, hard working, and professional. You could really see the pride they took in their work. They were also always willing to answer any questions I had whenever I popped my head out. I was able to work remotely every day during the project with no issues at all. We absolutely LOVE our new deck and I don't think there has been a day we have not used it since the project was completed. Thank you so much!!!

Rich and his entire crew were incredible to work with! I would recommend them to anyone. Incredible quality work, fair and reasonable prices, and a friendly and easy to work with personality to boot. At every turn, Rich reminded us that “we were the boss” and had a service minded attitude about our basement and bathroom renovation. He checked in each day, was timely in communication, and ultimately transformed our ugly space into a gorgeous basement space for our family to use for the rest of our lives. Highly recommend!

Rich and his team did a great job when our basement flooded. He handled the whole process with the insurance agency and was able to get much more out of the the company than they originally offered. My basement is beautiful and I can't say enough about him.

Rich and his Team were hired for an insurance-based repair. Not only did Rich advocate robustly with the insurance claims unit, but he and his team produced above-and-beyond quality in their work. My hot water tank had a leak unknown to me and it flooded my basement. What a disaster, I had a foot of water throughout my entire basement. I called Cedar Falls Construction and spoke with the owner. He showed up immediately, assessed the issue and dispatched a water/fire restoration team he's affiliated with and the course of action was in the utmost professional fashion. The quality and care is outstanding. The water was removed, new hot water tank was installed, and my house is on the mend. I can’t say enough about this company! They were extremely professional and paid attention to detail. They kept promises made and did a great job. I have had several opportunities over the years since I built my home in 1991 to collaborate with many companies and people in the Trades, such as Plumbers, Electricians and Carpenters but few really standout as true Professionals in their craft. One of these true Professionals is Cedar Falls Construction of Chicopee, Massachusetts, and its team of craftsmen. The two-man team that came to my home for a project I needed to complete quickly were both Friendly and Professional in every sense of the word. It was a small custom project that needed a professional with far more experience than I possessed. They arrived on time and prepared to go right to work. We discussed project, they formulated a plan and proceed to make it happen. The Cedar Falls team worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. by the end of the day my project was completed, and I was happy with the results. Best of all I did not need to clean up after them, it was like they were never there, and that is impressive!

We hired Cedar Falls to remodel our kitchen from top to bottom. Absolutely amazing work, and any unforseen issues were rectified quickly and within budget. They are a great company to work with, and the workers are very professional and personal. 100% would have them work on our house again!

I hired Rich Rivet and his team for an extensive remodel. He is the utmost professional and very responsive. He has a great team that showed up on time every day and worked hard to meet project deadlines.

I sincerely hope that noone else was or ever will be cheated by Rick Rivest of Cedar Falls Construction. We did due diligence and believed his references. I sincerely hope it was not an intentional cheating of a widow, in her seventies. We have had occasion to hire many builders/carpenters, over the years at our property in Hampden MA and Northport, Maine. Never have I experienced the lies, substandard work, damage to primary structure, stealing, and delays as Cedar Falls Construction caused us to endure. 11 months to complete (substandard) work on a 4 room second floor addition.

I've hired Rich and his crew to refinish my basement and carport before we sold our house. I've also recommended them to a couple friends with emergency needs. They both subsequently hired them to do their work.

Rich and his team offer the best in craftsmanship, friendliness and professionalism. Rich has always been responsive and flexible to our needs. Project pricing was fair and reasonable for the amount of work we had done.

We were concerned that the work wouldn't get done in time to list the house but that was never a worry for the crew. We sold the house and made a much bigger profit because of the fine work of Cedar Falls.

We are planning a new kitchen in the future and there's no doubt who our contractor will be.

As a side note, Rich is a veteran and actively supports veteran causes. Rich and his team also rebuilt the Harmony House in Chicopee, a hospice home. He even allowed me to volunteer on the renovation project which was very interesting and rewarding.
