Ceccola Construction recently completed a total remodel of our screened porch to enclose it so that we could use this room year round. This was a significant project installing a wall of windows, a mini-split for heating and cooling and covering brick that was in poor condition. Greatly appreciate their knowledge of county codes and managing the inspection process along the way. They went above and beyond to meet all county codes and exceeded my expectations including the installation of decking and railing as new steps that provide a much safer entry and exit into and out of the room. I did speak with other remodeling companies and Chris Ceccola impressed as being the most knowledgeable, which is why I chose to work with them. Great decision because the interior and exterior finished quality is just spectacular and we couldn't be happier. Very creative carpenters that framed this wall of windows with custom trim work. The shiplap wall I asked them to install came out beautiful and the wrapping of the shiplap around a window is amazing. The bead board ceiling and sheetrock install beautifully compliments the entire room. Insulation and installation of the flooring make this a very comfortable room. Considering all of the custom work that was done here I also think that the pricing was very fair to complete this project. I highly recommend Ceccola Construction for your home improvement projects and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Ceccola Construction. We were in need of a new roof (and all new plywood). I called several companies for estimates before choosing to go with Ceccola. We are so glad we did. Great communication and great value. Our house has some character and Chris was willing to preserve that when others wanted to cover it up. The project was all about what we wanted as the homeowners. Quick and clean installation - the crew did a great job. Highly recommend them and would definitely call them again for future work!

I am absolutely thrilled with my new front door and have Chris Ceccola and his team to thank for the amazing results! My previous entry door was dated, unstable and lacked curb appeal. I was involved in the process from beginning to end down to the last detail, feeling confident that the job would be done flawlessly….I was right. Ed took his time, was timely, friendly and accommodating. The new door (and venting storm door) looks great and is so much more energy efficient. I have and will continue to tell anyone who compliments it that Ceccola Construction should be their first call for any home improvement needs!

We had a terrific experience with Ceccola from start to finish. Chris and Donna were a pleasure to work with, and the crew that installed our new roof was also outstanding -- those guys worked their tails off and were meticulous in the little details, like clean-up, etc. They removed our old roof and installed our new one in just two days, and their price was very competitive. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I’ve recently moved into a new house knowing I needed my roof and windows replaced. I asked around for recommendations mostly from friends and family and Ceccola Construction came up more than once. The owner, Chris came out to assess the projects and offered recommendations that were more cost effective for my home than what I was initially seeking. Ceccola offers fair pricing and the crew was very professional producing quality work as advertised. The new roof and windows are not only an immediate value add but along with my newly insulated attic I am already noticing benefits as the temperature drops outside. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them.

Our latest project with Ceccola Construction was designing and constructing a year-round sun room/office attachment to an existing den coupled with construction of a new roof for the two rooms. Chris and his staff took our design ideas and constructed a sun room that exceeded anything we ever expected. Among other things, the Pella windows provide extensive lighting of and views from the sun room and the new HVAC system provides year-round heating and cooling of both rooms. Construction was done is such a way that the sun room and new roof seamlessly match the original outside design of the house. Similarly, inside, Chris located sun room paneling that exactly matches the 1960 den paneling. Overall, the sun room project was another satisfied Bennett customer by Chris and his staff.

I appreciated the entire experience from the first email I sent with a request for a quote to the finished product. The team is very responsive. Chris was up front and honest about what needed to be done and why. And, the quality of the work is excellent.

We had a full home window/door replacement which also included a large bay/casement window, a large picture/casement window and a sliding glass door. The entire process from start to finish was exceptional - cleanliness, courteous, great attention to detail, worked well with each other and always put us first as the customer. I can't begin to say how happy we are with Chris, Donna and crew. From the very beginning with Chris coming out to talk to us about the project all the way through to when the last of the crew were cleaning the finished product, everyone involved was so courteous, professional, responsive, friendly, clean, I can go on and on.

We had 2 old decks, side by side, one a little higher than the other. Both were in disrepair, one of them was falling down. We wanted to replace one of the decks and then build a screened in porch in place of the other. We contracted another company to start the work and they finished the first deck, but we decided to look at other companies for various reasons. Mainly due to how much the deck cost us with the first contractor. That’s when we brought in Ceccola. Chris came out in the middle of February to talk about the screened-in porch. During our discussion we talked about several other items we were considering having done; roofing (5 roofs), gutters, sliding door to the new porch and extending our 4 rail, split post fence. Chris came back a week later with detailed plans and estimates for all projects. The pricing was very competitive, so we decided to let him do the job. The crew, Justin, Ed, Miguel and James, started at the very end of February and finished everything yesterday, March 30th. Including a couple things left over from the first deck that failed inspection. We will definitely bring them back for other projects.

Got every single window replaced in the house, 20+ windows. Even though it was like 20 degrees out, the guys took their time and did everything like it was their own house. We are very warm and cozy now, and would highly recommend them for windows or any other need for the home!

Ceccola Construction installed new Mastic vinyl siding and soffits on our home and we are thrilled with the results. Their entire team - from owners Chris and Donna - to the crew that did the demo and installation were a delight to work with. From start to finish they were here every day, paid close attention to details, kept us well informed and promptly responded to any concerns. Cleanup was done at the end of each day and was impeccable at the end of the job. Quality work and great results!

Several years ago, Chris looked at our leaking chimney and came up with a solution that many others had not been able to do. When it came time for a new roof, we called Ceccola. The crew was great, they fixed some structural issues, and were done in 2 days! The roof looks awesome and Chris was involved every step of the way. Great people and company.

Ceccola Construction built a custom shed for us. The shed matches the color scheme of our house, so it took some extra TLC. They did an outstanding job. We have referred them to several neighbors.

Chris and his guys did a beautiful job, on-time, on-budget, and allowed us to make additions as we went. They installed a new roof, changed a single window to a triple, removed an unneeded entrance, and brought in specialists as they needed. I'd strongly recommend them for residential renovation! (P.S., they clean up after themselves each day).

I wanted an old deck demolished and a new one built. I had called several different people to give estimates and Ceccola was one of them. Chris was the only one who showed up with all the information he would need ahead of time. He knew, which I did not, that the existing deck never had a building permit nor was it to code. It was much too close to the property line. He didn’t take any measurements or really discuss what I wanted done. He was concerned with making sure I could do anything at all considering all the existing problems with the original deck. He contacted the town and it ended up that for $50.00 I could get a variance if I brought the deck one foot further away from the property line then the original one was, which I was very happy with. He came back and went over materials and measurements. His estimate was right in line with the other estimates and considering how prepared and knowledgeable he was when he came out; I wasn’t going with anyone else. They started the deck on a Monday and worked between raindrops. It took a day to demolish and the rest of the week to lay the foundation. On the following Monday the inspector came and approved the foundation and they finished it that week. It is beautiful. Exactly what I wanted and not one penny more than the price he gave me. No hidden charges. His team was great and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for your projects.
