CD Roofing reshingled my roof in the spring 2023. I have waited to see how the job came out before writing a review. Deciding on doing a roof job can cause a certain amount of anxiety. The disruption to the house; whether it will rain when the roof is exposed; and will the job be done right.
When I called Vincent (Vin), he answered promptly, arranged a time to stop by, and gave a quote on the spot. His low keyed approach, and knowledgeable assessment of the job created a sense of confidence that it would be done correctly, and that he is in the business for the long haul, and would stand by his work. His low overhead allows for very competitive prices, the material used are of good quality, the crew worked hard, clean, and quickly. I am very satisfied with the job and his company.

Not only did they help in making sure we picked a color that made sense with our overall aesthetic but they were very informative and helpful through the rest of the process. Had a new roof installed on 6/12 after Vinnie"s estimate came in substantially lower that the other bid I received. His team arrived just before 8am,and was set up and stripping the old roof off in 20 min. They were very diligent and knew exactly what they were doing. Finished that afternoon,and after checking the area around my house, you could barely tell that anyone was there. Very pleased with the results,and would not hesitate to recommend in the future.

The owner was easy to deal with and did the job on the day he said he would and at a reasonable price. He even agreed to put a new roof on my shed for no additional charge. Vin and his team were great through every phase of our roof replacement. Vin was responsive, coming out to our home multiple times and answering our many questions. His quote was very competitive and he was able to get materials quickly (a feat in today's market). The team was professional and thorough, even combing the woods behind our house to clean what the very windy day blew back there. Very happy with our new roof!

I am very pleased with the project from start to finish. Vin kept me in the loop, texted me when the dumpster and materials would be arriving. Crew promptly arrive the day scheduled. Stripped old roof, replaced some plywood, finished the roofing job before the end of the day. Did an excellent job cleaning up, even had a magnet to pickup all the nails on the ground. The crew was courteous and hard workers. Very pleased with the service and the final price was the price quoted - no extras.

Contracted Vin and CD Roofing to replace an existing roof. Vin handled the estimate himself and provided an on-the-spot written estimate. Vin walked me through exactly what would be done with the house, flashing, drip edge, ice barrier, etc. Once confirmed, Vin handled everything and kept in touch the whole time; he confirmed the start day/time and the crew arrived on time. The workers were respectful and extremely hard working. The roof was completed in one day and you couldn't even tell they were here since they left the property and lawn in better shape than they found it. If you are thinking of a new roof, make sure you call Vin and CD Roofing; it's his business so he cares.
