Incredibly impressed with Brian and the company as a whole. I reached out to a contractor for a window repair where he found signs of a leak from the roof. Brian did an awesome job! I had a terrible freeze up at my property. The first offer I received from the insurance company was 41k. I knew that wasn’t enough and a contractor friend of mine recommended Cornerstone. As soon as we contacted Brian he took care of everything! He helped with the mitigation vendor, my temp rental and even my mortgage company. Next thing I knew my insurance company was paying out way over 250k. If you have ANY damage to your home CALL BRIAN at Cornerstone before you do anything else. Brian takes care of everything for you, and he works for YOU, not for the insurance company. We had a tree come through the roof on a rainy night. Our insurance company was going to "seal and repaint" some of the wet sheet rock!! A friend told us about Brian and he turned things around immediately. ALL of our damage was addressed correctly and Brian did all the negotiating for us. We couldn't be happier with the results. Earlier this year we had flood/sewage damage that involved a large part of our first floor and finished basement. Brian was instrumental in helping guide us through the insurance and reimbursement process and was able to help us obtain a full insurance reimbursement on all the damages. In April 2017, I had wind damage to my house roof & siding. My insurance did not want to pay for a complete roof replacement or reasonable siding repair. The insurance company didn't even want to work with my contractor, & the contractor told me to use Brian as my public adjuster. In October 2012 , my home on the beach was devastated by Hurricane Sandy . My entire house was flooded and totaled. I called Brian and he came down the following week to meet with me . Brian did an amazing job from start to finish. He met with my Insurance Company, created an 18 page report which included pictures and detailed the damage throughout the house . Brian used this report to negotiate back and forth with My Insurance Company until we settled on a fair settlement amount.
