CCG Roofing and Project Management

Needed a piece of flashing re-attached at my roof line. A J came out and did a great job. CCG is very reponsive. They replaced my roof last summer and did a great job on that. If you need a roof repair they are who you should call.

Great experience with CCG. After interviewing two other companies, CCG stood out due to their professionalism and comprehensive approach to the project. As opposed to just quoting us an entire new roof, they found a creative way to use materials that were in good shape and replace all the underlays on our home. They also helped us coordinate all new gutters and facia as opposed to just telling us to take care of that on our own with a separate company. I really appreciated the fair, professional approach to our project, documentation of all the work during the job, and communication throughout. As a realtor, I deal with a lot of trades folks and roofers, and CCG was by far the best I’ve worked with.

As a realtor, reliable, communicative contractors are highly coveted. I recently interacted with CCG Roofing after they installed a roof for the Seller on a property my clients purchased. I reached out after completion for some required follow-up items. The first item was scheduled a ways out, and I asked if there was any way to move it up. Mariah at CCG got it re-scheduled for the very next day. She moved so quick, I didn't even get a chance to update my clients. Then, after everything was truly done, my Buyers had an ask. Once again, I reached out to Mariah. She not only responded, but completed the request in less than 24 hours. What a great job going above and beyond what was quoted. I am so thankful for the
extra items they took care of that I thought I would be doing after they left. The eleven man crew worked together like clock work. Cleanup was fantastic, didn't even find one nail after they left. Hey All, I'm not a roofing expert, but when every house in the neighborhood needs repairing and you get to observer the different companies, I was sure glad I picked CCG. Not only was my personal interaction top tier, including pointing out concerns the adjuster walked by and the timely process with all questions answered ahead of time to my observations on how efficient they took care of my job compared to the other roofing entities. This included the organization of the job, property care around the house to follow-up that match their first communication was great. All the recommendations in the world to CCG!

Wow! I can’t say enough about how Dale and his group handled our recent insurance claim. We ended up with a beautiful new home as a result (exterior). Dale met with our adjuster and pointed out items that the adjuster would have ignored. He stood by us throughout the entirety of the project, informing us of how to handle the claim and advising us on getting all the monies owed. Dale was good to work with during a tight window when selling our home. Dealing with the buyer was a nightmare but we were able to resolve any issues that popped up with them about the roof even when the buyers demands about the roof were unfounded. Would recommend using CCG.

Dale was wonderful to work with after a severe hailstorm caused an incredible amount of property damage to our place. We had no idea where to start and he took charge interfacing with our insurance company and adjusters and coordinating all of the work that had to be done. He even instructed the roofing crews to gather every single nail so that our horses wouldn’t step on one and become severely injured. The work done by CCG was excellent! We consider Dale a friend and are grateful that he continues to check in on us.

I was very happy with the resulting roof & the service provided by CCG. Initially, I was just going to replace the shake roof on the house but extended it to also replace the garage shingles. Excellent company to work with. Dale is fantastic and our experience overall was very good.

Start to finish took roughly 4 weeks, from them coming out until the roof was installed. They installed the roof in one day!

Roof looks great and getting lots of compliments.

I had them repair some roof damage, stain a deck and seal cracks in exposed outside woodwork. They never came back to finish the sealing or apply the second coat of stain like they said they were going to do. Fast forward to today I called them twice for roof repairs and no response. Nothing, Nada.

UPDATE We wound up having to use CCG Roofing again just a few months later and they again did a stellar job! He helped us ensure we would never again have the same problem. And, I referred them to a friend and she was equally thrilled.

Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive! He and the person who helped us with a roof inspection and roof repair were quick and reasonable and thorough. He took the time to educate us on the best course of action for the issue we had. We will definitely use them again in the future!

We had some dripping we could hear in our wall, but we weren't sure what exactly was happening. I called CCG and another company to see what was going on and to get an estimate on the fix. The other company recommended a whole new roof to fix the issue but CCG found the actual problem: a pipe in our roof had some damaged flashing and the seal had broken, causing water to drip down. The fix was incredibly quick (next day!) and before any more snow/rain came! They were quick, professional, and very responsive. We will use them again!

Great company, they did 2 roofs for my friend and I. We did have some clean up issue with my friend's house but the foreman came back right away to take care of it. The work on my house was uneventful and completed in one day; and Thomas even came by to make sure the crew cleaned and he picked up whatever was left. Amazing and easy to work with from start to finish, highly recommended!

I had a great experience with CCG!

My project was small- I just needed a single long piece of siding fixed. Justin was incredibly responsive and kind though as if I had a larger project, and the tech who came to fix my siding was nice and efficient and on time. When I inevitably need a much larger project done in the future, I will definitely be hiring CCG again!

Great company! I was searching for a company to reroof my home while in the process of selling and be able to work with a budget and title companies! These guys went out of their way to get me an estimate in an amazingly fast manner, and beat all the other companies. Very personable and they care about the customer. My roof was damaged in a hail storm last year. Justin and Dale at ccg Roofing did a fantastic job. They set me up with Vanguard solar who detached and reset the solar panels. They also worked with the insurance company to make sure that everything that was supposed to be paid for was. I couldn't be more satisfied.

My roof had been damaged by hail and I was dreading the process to have it replaced. But from my first call with Kayla at CCG, I was well taken care of. This company knows its stuff and helped me navigate through the torturous insurance claim process. Stephen, the project manager, arranged for all the work that needed done, including painting, window repair and gutter replacement. He is an excellent communicator who kept me in the loop. I will not hesitate to use CCG in the future, when the inevitable Colorado hail strikes again.

What an amazing team!!! These guys went above and beyond to help us. We were under contract to sell your house and we had to get roof on before the final date. Dale and Kayla worked so hard to get the approval process done with our hoa and the insurance inspector. I can’t say enough about their integrity and grit to get it done quickly. After the job was complete we had the most beautiful roof in our neighborhood!!!!

The customer service was excellent. You can expect a new roof from any roofing company but CCG was so responsive! Within 5 minutes of expressing concern over the wind blowing trash the entire crew was off the roof cleaning it up. When the job was done the house and yard was fully cleaned, put back as they found it and 2 different people checked the entire property for nails. This is the first time we’ve had work done that didn’t leave us double checking and cleaning up after the crew.

Dale and team were awesome to work with. We found out we didn't have quite the best policy but CCG made sure we understood all the nuances and helped us throughout the process. Dale spent ample time to walk us through the details and all assurances made were followed through on. We had to process claims in parts and they were understanding of all the delays from the insurance and mortgage companies to process payments. Not the least of it, but the work is impeccable! Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for honest fair roofers, then look no further these guys are the real deal. We had a leak in our roof and were told by two other roofing companies that we needed a new $100k roof that wasn't covered by insurance (tile roof).

We were referred CCG to get a 3rd opinion and they came out and fixed our roof on the first visit for less then $1k. I can't say enough good things about these guys.

I have been nothing but impressed with CCG. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous each time I interact with them. I even felt like they went above and beyond after cleaning our gutters and they didn't charge us because the gutters weren't all that bad. I was having a hard time getting a roofing company to give me an estimate on my Moile home. I was given CCG's number from Bin There Dump That dumpster rentals (another business I recomend). The same day I called CCG Stephen came over and I had an estimate the next day. Amazing customer service and email followups.
I would liked to have had CCG do the actual work on my roof, however I was approved for a grant through the County Houseing Department and had to use their contractor.

Great group to work with in all areas. Workers were thorough and left the area spotless. Steve was always in communication as the project progressed. They handled all issues with the insurance company and adjustments to the inital insurance payment. The office was on top of Denver city codes and twice got insurance adjustments to cover roof venting and other issues on our 100 yr old house. We also had a damaged large irregular cloth awning which they did all the footwork we just choose the color and the rest was done by CCG. Good people to work with and would use them again without hesitation. They came highly recommend by our nextdoor neighbor.

Tim was wonderful thought-out the process. I called a few companies to come out and give me a quote on the damaged roof.Tim came out gave me a quote and put a temporary fix on the roof for free! He was amazing! He came out and met the insurance as well to help me file the claim and helped me get more from the original quote that the insurance came. CCG has a great employee and person on staff to help you with your roof needs.

CCG Roofing did a fantastic job helping us through the process of dealing with the insurance company after the big hail storm in July 2019. They literally held my hand through the whole process. Stephen was great to work with! His follow up and communication was amazing! CCG did the roof on our house (added a really cool metal accent to the roof), the roof on our rental house, and they do all of our commercial properties as well.

CCG is Outstanding in all regards! We saw their great work on our neighbor’s house and our neighbors were very happy with CCG. We had called 4 roofing companies and CCG gave us facts, information, explanations, and honesty. Dale Moore explained why they use the roofing materials that they use. He didn’t try to upsell anything. We went with Class 4 roof and requested an enhanced ridge line. The house looks great and is the nicest now in our upscale neighborhood.

It’s not normal to say something like “It was a pleasure working with CCG Roofing” when you have to replace a roof, but it was. Great communication through out the process. I've used them a few times on a few projects and never had a problem. Very helpful and the jobsite are always cleaned up perfectly after the install.

CCG provided roofing and project management services for me after the big hail storm in Fort Collins. I've lived in Fort Collins for 15 years and this is the first insurance claim I've had to submit for damage to my home. The CCG team really helped me through the insurance and replacement material selection process, which gave me peace of mind. All of the insurance paperwork is rather intimidating, but because of CCG, the whole process went smoothly. They ended up putting the Malarkey Class 4 shingles on my roof. I am very happy with the installation. As an added touch, they installed a raised ridge cap that gives the roof the look of a much more expensive shingle product. Without a doubt, I have the best looking roof on the street. Thank you CCG!

I am really happy with the repair that CCG performed on my roof. Dale was pleasant and professional, worked quickly and showed me before and after pictures of the repair. A tree had damaged a small area in the front and he was able to match the shingles so that it blends seemlessly. Spending money on repairs is never fun, but the price was fair and I feel confident about the quality of work delivered.

Excellent all the way from start to finish. We had a re-roof due to hail just a year ago, so I have a fresh experience for comparison. CCG took care of meeting with insurance adjuster, scheduling stripping, mid-roof strapping for gutters, and the rest of the process so everything was done properly. This was not the case with our previous experience. I would definitely recommend using CCG for re-roof and hail damage claims and repairs.
