C&C pickup driver today (mid-30s White guy 503-205 interchange at 10AM) didn't secure his load on the highway and whole reams of plastic and siding were cast into the community. Please secure your loads and be mindful of the environmental impacts of your negligence. It was probably an individual's entire plastic consumption for a year that went into our soil and water because the driver couldn't be bothered to tie it down. Sad. Please do better.

C & C Roofing were so wonderful to work with. They came when they told you they would be there. They cleaned up everyday after their day was finished. I can’t say enough good comments about them. Kevin and Cocu and their team were professional and did everything we asked of them. If you need a new roof stop looking and call C & C Roofing.

The striped lines next to the handicapped spot aren’t a parking space and aren’t just there for decoration. People in wheelchairs need that space to get into their vehicles. If you’re so careless about parking your branded car 1)illegally 2) inconsiderately, then why should anyone trust you to work on their house?

The roof job was fine to okay, cost above average, but the owner, Jesse wanted to repair something that he didn’t like re: flashing his crew did. Great, but he didn’t make it back for one year, that’s right one year. Then although he was nice and even allowed me to hold a portion of the balance ( 5 out of 16 thousand, which I only needed a 30 day wait on). I paid the balance in full. But the repair he did a year later, left dry rot and the gutter repair service had to undo Jesse’s work in order to do their gutter job ….do I had to pay twice for time and materials. NOW, I have told him that I will pay any extra I owe him BUT I expect a discount for having to undo the dry rot he left. FURTHERMORE, he refuses to grant me a receipt for the job… and that started long before the dry rot issue. So, I’ve told you everything here, left no stone unturned. Last note: C&C Construction was referred to me by a friend… I didn’t do my homework…beware of referrals and working with people who do not have a secretary or are disorganized…don’t work with this company….

C&C Roofing did a great job. Coco came out and did the estimate for the patch work quickly, and had an experienced roofer finish the job the same day. When it comes time for a new roof no need to shop around. Honest and they stand by their quality work.

These roofers came quickly to respond to a leak caused by faulty chimney flashing. They were professional and knowledgeable. They took pictures for my insurance company to assess the damage. They were good about communicating availability with me, since the repair needed to be scheduled around the weather. The crew was respectful of my property and cleaned up after the job was completed.

Cuco and Kevin are very responsive to all you roofing needs. They have taken on several roof projects for me and do exceptional flashing work, chimney and valley metal repairs. They do not take short cuts...

The C&C crew just completed our roof job. 3 days from tear off to done. Include them in your estimate requests. You won’t be sorry.

We had an incredibly positive experience from beginning to end! Bryan was professional, punctual, and had excellent communication—he sat down with us and answered all of our questions and walked us through the process before they began work. The work was completed exactly as he’d described it: he reached out to our neighbours in advance, sent us updates as the work was in-progress, and we were able to review the work after it was complete (answering more of our questions!) before we signed off and made our final payment. We had a brand new roof in just two days, and you wouldn’t have known our yard & driveway were a work site! We have already recommended them to our friends who and colleagues. They come with our highest recommendation. Thank you, Bryan!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
