Dallasfrom CBR, is a wonderful asset to this company, he held my hand and helped me navigate through the insurance claims, when sever weather hit my house. He was very knowledgeable and explained things and put me at ease, while I was struggling to understand all the paperwork I had received from my insurance company. Ruben and his crew did a great job on my house. When approached by Ruben, I jokingly told him I didn't need my roof inspected to tell me it needed to be replaced. but I was not interested in doing it at that time. A week later, they were doing the house behind mine and after watching his crew and the work ethic by all involved, I knew they were the crew I wanted to do my house. I could not believe how they worked like a machine that knew what every part was doing. I would recommend them to anyone. I bought the crew lunch that day so each worker could see that I appreciated their efforts, in hopes they would go the extra mile and treat my roof as if it were theirs. Even the smallest of gestures can go along way with a worker.

I observed no "down time" when the crew replaced my roof. I appreciate their work ethics! Thank for a job well done!

Did a great job on my house and garage roof at a great price. When they were done it looked great and everything was cleaned up.

Reuben was Fantastic to work with! Literally helped me last minute. I had our adjuster coming out, Reuben made time in his schedule to meet them there and got our roof scheduled and done THE NEXT DAY!!! Yes!! NEXT DAY ROOF SERVICE and same week gutter service!!! Reuben was awesome to work with. My roof was old and complicated by solar panels and insurance was not willing to replace the roof. Reuben was very knowledgeable and professional and was able to get the insurance company to agree to more extensive repairs than they were originally going to authorize. When the job was actually in progress it was determined the agreed upon repairs would not be up to code and he got insurance to cover the whole thing, panels and all! Reuben is amazing and I would gladly recommend him and CBR Roofing to all of my friends.

These guys stopped by our house after noticing we had damage on our roof. They had been across the street and had noticed it, so they came over to talk with us.

They did an immediate evaluation of the roof and suggested we call our insurance to see about getting it covered as there appeared to be hail damage.

Within a week, we had a new roof! Ruben was great to work with. He came by when our insurance adjuster was here and was instrumental in getting our claim covered.

The process was easy from our end. They were very communicative of when they would be at our property as well as what they needed from us.

Their crew showed up in the morning, and by the evening were done. They left the site spotless when done. I'm very impressed!

I highly recommend these roofers for any in the KC metro area. They confirmed they are able to travel within an hour of KC, and provide free evaluations too!
