CB Chandler Roofing

I had CB chandler come out to do an inspection of my roof for something I wasn’t sure was a roofing problem. The gentleman who came out was running just a little behind but called me well in advance to communicate that and was so respectful of my time.

He took the time to understand what my concern was and do an inspection. He determined that the issue likely wasn’t roof related but while he was on my roof he noticed something small he could easily take care of and as a courtesy he handled it for me. He was honest and polite and I really value that in any contractor. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything and was very helpful. 100% will be recommending this group to anyone I know and will be using them on the future if needed.

We had a water leak after a big storm. I call Bryan he says I’m leaving a job in Midlothian would you like us to stop by now? I say sure great! Next thing we know they are here, they get on the roof and repair the flashing in a snap. They are so positive and fun. I say how much do we owe you? They say this was a simple fix the job is free! Free!!! In an economy that over charges, who offers free service like that? These guys love the work and strive to bless people. You seriously can’t ever find better!

CB Chandler has many talents. They did excellent work repairing both our standing seam tin roof and the front slate roof of our home in Church Hill. They also rebuilt one of our chimneys and repaired the masonry on our parapet. Communication was excellent and the work was done with the highest quality. I would highly recommend them.

Kyle came to my house after the company who installed my roof a few years ago did not get back to me. He got back in touch with me promptly, came out when he said he would, and went so far as to contact that company. I had multiple leaks, and Kyle and his team helped repair them out of the goodness of their hearts. Thanks to Kyle, multiple leaks have been fixed. I highly recommend this kind and professional team.

I originally called them about damage to my roof caused by a large branch. They came the next day and put a temporary repair. Upon further inspection, it was determined my roof was in poor condition and a decision was made to have a new roof and gutters installed. Kyle was professional and courteous and explained everything in detail. They worked with my insurance company and I was able to get a brand new roof and gutters installed. Very happy with the results. The roofers cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend this company.

CB Chandler Roofing did an excellent job in replacing my asphalt roof. They arrived when they said they would and they did an great job cleaning up afterwards. Would hire again.

I chose this company because of the affordability and good customer service. And I will still say that this is where they shine. So thanks for that.

The company has had to come out three times to fix mistakes made by their roofers. A crappy caulk job around flashing, nails nailed in the wrong spot , and leaving nails from flashing exposed ( not covered with caulk) If I wasn’t diligent about checking behind peoples work these could have caused some problems later on. The issues have now been fixed. I’m writing this review after cleaning up handfuls of nails out of my gutters that were left over from the old roof being removed. I shouldn’t have to do this. It was literally in the contract.

Kyle and the other crew members have been good about fixing the problems as they have come up and I’m sure if other things come up
I’ll be taken care of. They took ownership of the mistakes made, and that says a lot.

Unfortunately however, I regret my decision choosing this company. I will not recommend to friends, family, or anyone who needs a new roof.

CB Chandler roofing was very responsive to my leaking roof and was extremely thorough in his approach (awesome drone footage) and services rendered. He was sure to walk me through step by step what the problem (s) were and how to correct them. Very pleased with the quality of work. I had water leaking into a bedroom and closet. Called CB Chandler and they sent a repair team to do the work that Saturday! The roofer was friendly, polite, professional and very efficient. I added gutter guards, as a preventive measure, and found Chandler's price for that added expense to be very competitive. Guards were installed in a matter of hours. Great company to work with--I highly recommend.

CB Chandler conducted a roof replacement at my home and they were great and professional. All of the questions I had were answered in a timely fashion, and services were itemized and detailed. No question was too small. Denise was so easy to work with and always made sure I was happy. Bryan kept in contact the way he should for a project this large. Initially came out due to a roof leak, able to repair on same day. I inquired as to the shape of the shingles & was told they were brittle & would need replacing but should make it through winter. Roof was original to the house. Called in the spring to get an estimate. I come home within a couple of days & a folder is in my mailbox with pictures & material info & a contact at CB Chandler to discuss the roof. All my questions were answered, the date was scheduled, the crew arrived on time worked late, came back the next day to finish up & clean up. Excellent job, I'm pleased with my roof, the professionalism from start to finish including follow up calls. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.
