I noticed a leaky roof this morning on a Sunday, and after using their messaging service they responded promptly within 15 minutes of my message on a Sunday morning and walked me through what exactly could be the issue and how to identify them. Thank you for being so helpful on a weekend.

I called Castile Roofing because I thought I had a few tiles in my roof that were misplaced, I spoke to Alex and he was friendly and very professional. Chris came over took a quick look at my roof and told me everything was fine. Castile roofing didn’t charge me anything. This company is very professional but most of all very honest.

I called Castile Roofing a week ago and spoke with Alex about a tile that was backed out and dangling near a peak which would've shattered itself and other tiles had it fallen. Chris showed up yesterday and got right on the roof and was able to nail the tile back into place saying it was in the wood and solid, he was great to talk to,, professional, courteous, and polite.. Told Chris a neighbor wanted the roofing company info for his own needed repairs and was going to call soon.
Other roofing companies either didn't call me back or didn't have the time for a seemingly small repair in their eyes, Castile Roofing made the time for me and I highly recommend them...Eric

From start to finish the experience was pleasant and professional. Alex kept me in the loop on an appointment time. Chris, the repair guy, was very personable and knowledgeable. He took numerous photos of the damage and completed repair work, as I requested, although I believe that is routine on any of their jobs. The inspection and repair was done in the same visit saving me valuable time of trying to fit in their work at a later date. From the photos Chris did an excellent job of completely the work and he did it in a short time line. I would definitely recommend Castile Roofing for any roof work

The Castile team was very responsive to my inquiry. Both Alex and Chris were flexible in scheduling the appointment. Chris was quick to identify the workmanship problem from the previous contractor and did a thorough job in fixing it. Chris takes pride in his work, using good quality materials, and the repair work is guaranteed for two years.

Castile Roofing were a pleasure to deal with. Easy to book an appointment, they showed up on time, provided a quote and fixed the roof leak upon the initial visit. The staff was very professional and checked back on the next rainfall to ensure the repair was successful.

I had a handyman come out, slap tar on it for the same price that Castile charged and they replaced the paper, shingles, and made it right.

We needed a broken tile replaced. Chris arrived on time. He went up on the roof to do an overall inspection. He found another broken tile and a few slipped tiles. He repaired them in no time. We are very pleased with the job Chris did on the roof. We highly recommend Castile Roofing and we will definitely use their services in the future. I will recommend this service to anyone. If you get Chris you are in good hands.This is is my second review for this place. My house had to be repaired twice and this site wont let me put in two reviews so I updating this one. Dont call anybody else I sure didnt They fixed both of my problems each time with speed and the professoinlism is great. Just glad to have a company you can trust and wont rip you off.
