This company. Is wonderful, they installed a roof in 2014 for us! Thirty years warranty! We have had no problem with it!
We just had a couple of days of torrential rain and our skylight began leaking like crazy. We called the company. Mike was awesome and very pleasant, he went up,repaired the issue. If needed we will replace the skylight. Thank you for such wonderful customer service!

I called Mike at Casco Bay roofing in a state of panic with water coming through our ceiling, after waiting for another roofer to come out for over a week. He called me after hours, keen to help. We had a very specific issue, and he gave me the name of someone who could help. That gentleman was out in less than 24 hours after I dropped Mike’s name. Mike had no skin in the game but was willing to help with no benefit to himself, and was willing to speak to me after business hours. He’s a good guy, and when we need a roof, we’re calling him!

Casco Bay Roofing replaced the roof on our mid century ranch last October and did an excellent job. I have waited a year to write this review because with a roof (especially ours) leaks, ice dams, etc can take a while to show up, but so far the roof has held up great. It was a complicated job given the design of our house plus the fact that we were adding 4" of insulation as well. The owner, Mike, was extremely responsive through out the whole process even driving to our house on a Sunday when the wrong insulation was delivered. His crew worked quickly. His quote was less than others we contacted. We are very happy with roof Casco Bay Roofing installed and would highly recommend them.

Great work and great crew. Casco Bay completed a number of roofs and a siding project on a challenging building with ease and professionalism. Communicative every step of the way, which is something you don't always experience these days. Highly recommend Mike and his team.

Fantastic job. A crew arrived and - woosh - shingles were flying off. By day's end the new roof was nearly done. All was done right, done fast and everything picked up and taken away, including nails picked up with a magnetic roller. Everyone was courteous and professional and all concerns and questions answered. We couldn't be more pleased.
