Cascade Roof Care just redid our roof last week. Carlos and his crew did an excellent job. Hard workers. They worked 4 days and put in 11 hours each day (only taking 1/2 hour lunch break). They left our yard each night clean. We highly recommend this company!

Paul took very good care of us. It is rare that you find any vendor that does not try to oversell you on work. Our roof looks awesome and better prepared for the rain thanks to his repairs. We will be using him again in the future when we need work and will be the first person we recommend for cleanings.

Excellent job cleaning and treating my roof AND cleaning up the yard, patio and driveway after. I highly recommend and would use them again.

Paul Jeffries with Cascade Roof Care has provided expert care for our tile roof for over 8 years. When he first came to help us he identified broken tiles and poor flashing installation on our roof that had created an avenue for water intrusion. The broken tiles had occurred from another roofer who had pressure washed and did not know how to carefully walk on tile. Paul took pictures to demonstrate what had happened then shopped around Portland to find matching tiles. After that repair, we only had Paul pressure wash and repair our roof. Paul has integrity and professionalism like none other. And I forgot to mention, he offers very fair pricing. Paul and his son are always a pleasure to work with.

I’m a local Realtor and have used Paul to repair or replace many roofs over the years. He also does roof certs. Rather than sell me/clients a new roof, I always know that Paul will tell the truth about what’s wrong with the roof or how many more years of life are left on it and also if there’s a way to repair it.
His work is top notch and when he does replace a roof, the price is very reasonable and the workmanship is A+.

Im Very disappointed. It wasn’t named Paul working on my roof and gutters. But i would not recommend this business. I asked to take pics before and after he never showed me. I even reminded him during the time i paid him to send the pictures he was ignoring me. I had someone climbed up there to inspect. We end up cleaning some areas.

Mr Jefferies and crew are wonderful to work with! They are competitively priced and one of the most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with. They did a beautiful job while keeping the area clean, they didn’t leave behind one nail or staple!! We Highly recommend this company.

I had several crazy estimates from other roofing companies. Paul came highly recommended and was the only one that wanted to help me extend the life of my existing roof, rather than trying to ramp up the fear and emotions to sell me a $13k+ rip and replace. Paul was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Paul is the only person we trust with our tile roof. He understands from years of experience how to maintain this type of roof so it will last 50-60 years. He is incredibly fair on his pricing and should charge more for his level of experience. HIs integrity is the best in the business. Many of my neighbors use him for their roofs. He has a great reputation that is well deserved.

My Dad has always given the very best of himself in his work, and takes great pride in the quality of it.

I would highly recommend Cascade Roof Care. Mr. Jefferies cleaned all moss and debris from our tile roof and washed all the concrete drives and aggregate around the house. He did an excellent job! I have referred him to my neighbors!

Paul provided a fair estimate and didn't try to oversell me on products i didn't need like the salesmen for the other roofing companies. Carlos did the work which included tear off and replacement of old roof as well as installation of skylights. Their work passed city inspection with no problems and the roof has held up to some severe weather. Genuine, honest folks. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new roof.
