I do about 3-5 flips a year, and Cascade Pro is my go-to crew for full-gut renovations. We did a recent property together in Tacoma tore everything out, opened up the layout, and completely reworked the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. David’s eye for resale value and finishes that buyers actually care about helped me sell this one above asking in 4 days. He’s fast, doesn’t cut corners, and communicates like a partner — not just a contractor.
