I HIGHLY recommend this business. We have a situation where we share a pump house with someone and we wanted to get an opinion as to the best way to make the situation work with the one neighbor I share it with. Bob contacted us, viewed the situation and was extremely knowledgeable! He could have proposed a very expensive alternative but instead he offered a MUCH simpler solution and now everyone is happy ..... I'm GREATFUL for cascade Electric and Plumbing. Imnin processing of buying a house in kelso and we paid our home inspector a premium price that was to include a camera scope of the sewer line unfortunately the home inspector was not able to perform that task because he said the toilet had to be removed so he could complete the scope unfortunately the inspectors was not a licensed plumper which put me in a situation to find a local company that could squeeze me in on short notice. I Googled Plumbing company's in kelso and the first company that popped up was cascade Electrical and plumbing. So I called and explained my urgent situation with them. They said they would see what they could do on such short notice and would call me back. 10 min later they gave me great news that they would help me out in this situation.
Looks like I found a new local plumber and I will need some electrical work soon as well.
ITS NICE TO KNOW THAT THEIR IS STILL BUSINESSES THAT HOLD SERVICE AS TOP PRIORITY FOLLOWED WITH QUILTY CRAFTSMAN SHIP.
THESE GUYS DEFINITELY HAVE A NEW CUSTOMER.

Had an emergency at work. Called 5 minutes before closing. They were unable to help us, due to us being in OR. but, made phone calls to another plumber due to all companies being closed.
The other company called immediately. Was able to set up appointment for next morning. .
If your in Washington I would use Cascade .
Thanks for saving the day. We would have not been able to open our doors for the families our community center services.

We called Bob at Cascade and unfortunately he wasn’t able to help us only because we are in Oregon and they are in Washington. It was already after 5pm and I had an emergency on my hands. Bob very thoughtfully offered to reach out to another company he knew that would work in Oregon, for us, since he knew they wouldn’t answer our call because like I said it was now after hours. The other company called us and we now have our needs taken care of! All because of Bob’s kindness and consideration for someone in need.

Had the pleasure to deal with Cascade Elec. My mom had recently bought a house that Cascade electric worked on. Had a few issues with the GCFI in the kitchen. Called Bob and he immediately came over and resolved the issue. Didn’t even know he was coming over that day. I could tell that he definitely cares about his customers and the work he performs. I initially contacted my home warranty company about a leak in my basement from our tub and they dispatched Cascade Electric and Plumbing to my house. I had to call him to get him out same day. He came out, cut holes in the basement ceiling, didn't attempt to snake any drains. Then made a decision that it was a septic issue and he couldn't do anything for me because he does NOT do septic. He left with not giving any documentation of the problem (needed it for homeowners insurance for damages). He proceeded to contact the Home warranty company and told them that the septic is not covered because it is in the neighbors yard (we have an easement for access). That was not his place to decide with not being capable of doing the work. They returned to our home (requested by home warranty compay) without scheduling an appointment with us and with no one home to do "more work". The said work was already done by a different company and their plumber made an less expensive assessment on the septic. I Do Not recommend this company.
Update: septic tank pumped by other company and the clog finely unclogged by the right person. Drain field just fine. Didn't need jetted, now back up and running. 3 other companies did not agree with casecades assessment. Imagine that.

You all should probably have a conversation with the older white male/ short hair maybe bald, heavier set in the Chevrolet Silverado 3500 WHITE dually pickup that riding someone’s tail, swerving and flashing your lights while already doing 4 over the speed limit is not okay.

You all are unsafe and have complete disregard for anyone’s safety.

EDIT: Please continue to make excuses for your lack of respect for the community and anyone who calls you out for such.

They were amazing!!!! Came right out and found the problem. Set up a temporary pump for the septic tank as the one they needed was out of stock. They even sat and listened to my elderly parents explain the 50 year history of the septic tank. They were so kind, professional, quick, and thorough. Definetly will use them again if needed!

Holy cow these people are amazing. They literally saved the rehab project with a phone call! I bought an old single wide with leaks and this man stayed on the phone with me and helped me locate the main water shut off so I could continue the repairs. He didn’t need to take time on a Sunday to help me without charging me but he did and I am forever grateful. Literally out here being the GOAT.

Bob took care of our emergency water heater after another company said they couldn’t come for three days. He worked with us and gave us information on how our home warranty company worked and got approval quickly and installed the new water heater before the day was over. Would not recommend, they recently did work at my mother’s house, and the journey Plummer talked down to his apprentice the whole time, the journey plumber just seemed to be in a hurry to leave, me and my sister dug 90% of the 18 foot 31/2 foot deep ditch to get to the pipe. The only good thing I can say is that the apprentice Dustin was a very hard worker.

When our hot water heater went out, we called Cascade Electric & Plumbing, and Bob came out the same day for a bid. He and his wife went above & beyond (knowing we were without hot water) and were able to remove our existing heater and install a new one - they stayed well after their regular working hours to complete! They did a great job installing a new commercial grade AO Smith water heater! The installation is neat and clean, Bob checked out the electric hook up as well. They hauled away the old water heater. We highly recommend Cascade Electric & Plumbing!

Bob’s lack of customer service skills convinced me to cancel.

I tried to schedule plumbing maintenance through my home warranty company and was told - by Bob - they don’t schedule appointments because it is likely they’d have to cancel up to 5 times before they could do the job. So their preferred method is to call when they’re ready and see if we were available. Sounds like a them problem, but I digress.

When I called him out by saying this was poor service, he said that it isn’t and that they actually do a great job. He mentioned that it’s a home warranty call and not many companies even accept those services. To me, it sounds like Bob is the one that doesn’t want to accept the home warranty service jobs. Maybe he shouldn’t…

I immediately called the home warranty company to change the provider. They called Bob and got him to schedule the appointment later for that week, but at that point it was too late. Good job, Bob.

Don’t waste your time here unless they get their stuff together.

The water pipes in my home froze overnight, and I was not sure what to do so I called Cascade Plumbing and Electrical because it was the trusted plumber my best friend recommended. The gentleman who answered was extremely honest, helpful, and friendly. He took his time to ask me specific questions about my pipes and helped me troubleshoot for free. He even told me that I could call back anytime if I ever had questions. I highly recommend Cascade Plumbing and Electrical because they are honest and considering today was a national holiday they could have easily told me that that they needed to come out for an emergency appointment that would have costed me several hundred dollars or more.

Did not like the customer service. As a business owner myself, I consider the customer a priority and make sure business is taken care of in a timely manner. I've waited for 3 weeks to receive a receipt for services via email when I should have gotten a receipt at the time of service especially since the bill HAD to be paid BEFORE they would even send out a plumber. I don't appreciate their business practices. Maybe they have had some bad experiences with non-payment but this is ridiculously setup. About the actual service, plumber was on the clock the moment he drove onto the driveway - he took his time and when asked if he could snake the shower drain in 30 minutes he had left ($385 p/hr) he said he couldn't guarantee it. Ridiculous cost for 30min.
I used another plumber later, took him 15 minutes to unsnake shower and sink. Cost less than $200. I got fleeced. I don't recommend this company.

We had a leak in our yard that needed checking. Cascade came out the next day after the city did their location, and fixed it on the spot! Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend them for ANY plumbing service, and they will be the first we call if we need any electrical/plumbing services in the future!

I just had the weirdest phone conversation while trying to schedule an appointment. Why do they have to know if I’m married to schedule a service call? They got all into my business and argued with me about the ownership of my home because I’m a woman? When men call to schedule appointments do you ask their marital status or just proceed to book the call? I would rather buy a new dryer than deal with the person I was speaking too. Guess what Mr. Misogynist, sometimes women are the breadwinners and this breadwinner is going to take HER business elsewhere.

I called Bob to come over and fix my garbage disposal after my daughters stupid pet hamster mysteriously somehow without my knowledge totally not my fault all on its own when no one else was home somehow got onto the counter from across the house 4 feet off the floor got down into the garbage disposal 17 minutes before I got home. Bob was determined to fix my sink no matter what had happened there. In my culture we would say Bob has working hands of magic and a mouth full of words that are of honesty, gold and kindness. Positive experience from first point of contact through job completion. Sheena (Office Manager) communicated clearly and responded swiftly, when I reached out with questions about my upcoming service call. Bob went out of his way on a late Friday afternoon to make sure the leaky pipe under my sink was repaired before the weekend! Bob asked me questions and took his time on the repair to insure quality control and assurance. He was able to identify the problem and spent extra time giving us tips, suggestions, and solutions, so we can prevent another chaotic headache like this in the future.

We’ll definitely be using Bob and the Cascade team again in the near future for a few punch list items needing attention inside and outside the house.

They failed to diagnose the leak after cutting a hole in the ceiling. They asked us to monitor it. The leak recurred the same day and I let them know. Fast forward two weeks and they are yet to return. I have asked home warranty to assign a different provider and would never use cascade again.

I had an exceptional experience with Cascade. I had a dire emergency with a power Outage on the hottest day of the year so far and an 84 year old mother on air and poor health and Cascade arranged their day to come out right away to find and solve the problem! We were matched with Cascade Electric Service LLC through our home warranty company. We couldn't be more pleased. When we spoke with them on the phone, they were very accommodating to our schedule and were as flexible as they could be. I called Cascade on 12/22/22 to get an estimate for replacing my hot water heater. I paid $199 + tax for expedited service and was supposed to have someone come out within 10 business days. I kept waiting for them to schedule an appointment. I finally emailed them on 1/4/23 and asked whether they would meet the agreed upon 10 day timeframe. They scheduled a technician for the next day. He came out, we discussed my project, and he said he would send me an estimate. As of the morning of 1/13/23 I had not received the estimate. I emailed Cascade and said they had not provided an estimate. I pointed out Cascade had not met all contractual obligations and asked for $100 of the fee to be refunded. I also said I would not be using Cascade. Cascade responded that same afternoon by sending me an estimate and charging my credit card an additional $245 plus tax for travel time. The initial service agreement did not clearly state there would be a travel charge in addition to the service call charge; there was only 'travel time 130 minutes'. I thought I was agreeing to pay a total of $199 + tax for the estimate. Cascade, your contract is poorly written. I belieeve the only reason you met your contractual obligations is because I kept pushing you to do so. I still believe I should be refunded half of my original fee, and should not have to pay for travel time. I hope this review helps others avoid my problem.

RESPONSE TO CASCADE'S RESPONSE: My understanding on charges for travel time was that it would apply to any actual work being done, not the estimate. The technician never told me that it could take several weeks for Cascade to send me an estimate. I don't know what phone number you tried calling, but my cell phone's call history does not show any call from Cascade. Finally, you have mispelled my name. It is Glaas, not Glass.

When Bob, the owner, found out how much trouble we were having getting it done he volunteered to come out right before Christmas, even though we were a little bit out of his usual service area. Bob is the worst. I can't attest to the rest of his "crew" but if you can avoid Bob, do. He will talk down to you, if you point out his contradictions. He will also do this weird military stance to try and intimidate. Weirdly insecure and demanding guy. Replaced the wiring in my building and a good portion of the outlets no longer work. Ended up selling the building, wasn't worth trying to figure out what he messed up.

Bob came out himself and took care of rewiring a 220V outlet and changing the outlet type. At the same time, he identified and resolved some quality issues. I really appreciated the tiered pricing system he uses which gave me options for price vs how quickly they came out. Bob dealt with a gnarly bit of DIY and left me a really nice solution. They left us hanging without water, didn't do any work, and still got paid by our warranty. NOT OKAY. We had a plumbing issue in our new home and filed a claim on our new home warranty through Fidelity. Fidelity Home Warranty Dispatched Cascade Plumbing and electric. An Elderly fellow came in. We showed him the leaking pipe under the Kitchen sink, and then showed him our sump pump we were also having issues with. He went out to the back porch, took one look at the sump pump then told us he had never seen one before and didn't know "Anything about it", and left the house. We thought he was just grabbing some tools and coming back in until we saw his truck leave. He looked confused and disoriented, which left us confused. I tried calling Cascade, got their voicemail and asked someone to please call us back because I think there was some confusion somewhere, and that we were also worried about the guy as well. No call back, nothing. We called back the home warranty because they closed out our claim. I asked them why, and they said that they got a report from Cascade electric that "The homeowner had asked the plumber to leave and did not want the plumber under the house" . This is 100% false. We never asked the rep to leave, we never refused him to go under the house. We had to pay $3,000 for another plumber to come out and fix it. Cascade never returned out calls. The guy left our home, and told his dispatch that we asked him to leave. WE HAD NO WATER. WE NEEDED HELP AND THEY LEFT US HANGING AND DIDN"T REPOND TO OUR CALLS.

Bob was great. Quickly came out and fixed my outlet that was not working and replaced my heating thermostat that burnt up. Would highly recommend using them! Will be calling them for a plumbing issue I am having as well.

I called this company as I was referred to them by a friend who has worked with you a few times, raved how good you were to work with, I told Bob my situation and what I was needing help with, he basically said he did not want to do the work as it was a home warrantee repair and he does not want to get in the middle of it. If this is how you treat referrals to your company, then I am happy to take my business elsewhere.

This company was sent out by AHS for plumbing issues. AHS contacted me after the appointment and said the plumber stated I "denied access to the home" which never happened because the plumber never asked to enter my home. I even had the entire conversation with the plumber on camera because I have multiple ring door cameras. When I called the plumbing company to ask why they lied about being denied access the owner told me that his communication with AHS is confidential and called me a liar and basically declined to find a resolution. It was definitely the most inappropriate and unprofessional company I've ever worked with, I didn't feel comfortable with them in my home after that.

Again not appropriate to reply that your plumber was denied access when that is not the case. I have it all on video, he never even asked for access. When I told you this all over the phone you stated "I don't know what you think you know, but our communication is confidential with the warranty company" even though the warranty company emailed me that your technician stated he was denied access. I have a hunch you did all this to get reimbursed for going out to the home without actually doing any repairs or effort.

This company was so good and did above and beyond work, the plumber Bob that they sent did a remarkable job and helped us so very much, our plumbing was clogged and backed up since February 13 and he got it fixing and working today the 23rd, And we are so extremely thankful to have a kitchen sink that works again and our washer works again because of that so thank you so very much cascade electric and plumbing!

I had been to multiple hardware stores just trying to find a fuse for my fuse box at home. Spent a lot of time with workers telling me nothing would work and I had to replace the whole unit.. a man approached me in the customer service line asking if I needed help, wearing an orange shirty first thought was he worked there.. but no this was the owner of cascade electric simply offering offering help if I needed it. He was a certified electrician and could help with any questions.. not only did he find me a comparable part, now installed and working great! He spent about ten minutes explaining to me how unsafe the situation was... man is wealthy, has zero gain for helping me or caring what my wiring is like in my house and as Im In sweats and a sweatshirt I don't look like I can afford a remodel so trying a sales pitch could not have been his gain lol. And yet he took his time helping helping me, meant a lot and made my day... I've never wrote a review for anyone before but that is true integrity!!!!!

We had another pipe problem and I requested Cascade. I will NEVER use them again. Horrible customer service from the Bob (the owner) talking to me like I'm an idiot. Was put at the end of the line because they were working thru my ins. Lies from the office.They just left me hanging. I guess they weren't looking forward to helping us on our next project or service call like their response states.

These people were amazing. From Shonda in the office, who I pestered with tons of questions, to the techs that replaced our sewer pipe, that was installed incorrectly, and Bob the owner who delivered us some gravel that was greatly needed. They were fast, efficient and most of all, affordable.
Thank you for a wonderful clogged pipe experience.
