If I could give Chance 10 stars I would! From the minute my realtor Britta Ballmer recommended Chance and he came to the property, I knew he was the right person for our project! We had a craftsman home that needed work. Chance came in and appreciated the home and made the right suggestions while keeping the integrity of the home in mind. Chance was personable and kept me up to date on EVERYTHING! He took the time and researched fixtures that we needed. He and his crews went above and beyond on our project and I cannot thank him enough! I only wish I had more projects so I could hire Chance again.
Chance came out and excavated/leveled an old garden bed with rotted railroad ties on the side of our house and laid fresh gravel. Throughout the whole process, Chance was fantastic, professional and completed the project on time. His pricing was very fair as well. I look forward to having Chance do additional projects on our house.
