If I could give Chance 10 stars I would! From the minute my realtor Britta Ballmer recommended Chance and he came to the property, I knew he was the right person for our project! We had a craftsman home that needed work. Chance came in and appreciated the home and made the right suggestions while keeping the integrity of the home in mind. Chance was personable and kept me up to date on EVERYTHING! He took the time and researched fixtures that we needed. He and his crews went above and beyond on our project and I cannot thank him enough! I only wish I had more projects so I could hire Chance again.

Chance came out and excavated/leveled an old garden bed with rotted railroad ties on the side of our house and laid fresh gravel. Throughout the whole process, Chance was fantastic, professional and completed the project on time. His pricing was very fair as well. I look forward to having Chance do additional projects on our house.

We hired Chance to fix a foundation under one half of an existing duplex, in very tight quarters. The job was challenging and complex. His work experience, skills, and knowledge navigated the project through to completion in two weeks. You would be hard pressed to find a better contractor who can excavate, permit, work concrete, jack up a building, finish carpentry, and get the job done with a fair price and a smile. Great guy and worthy at his word. Showed up on time and was reliable. We will call Cascade Craftsman many more times in the future!
