Following a recent rear-end collision, I had the rear of my 2021 Nightshade Camry repaired. Their team worked diligently and achieved a precise color and style match for the rear bumper. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use Cartellis for all future vehicle repairs.

Absolute nightmare. I used them through the Car EZ program because I was told using the program would keep the process stress free as they were to handle everything on their end and be communicative throughout the whole ordeal. None of which was true. They did not update at all and every time I had to call for any information, they told me "your car will be ready next week" and that went on for a month.

Now I understand things take time and issues can pop up, but they made no effort to keep me informed of those things. I had to inform my insurance company about the lack of communication because it got so frustrating. And the last thing I want to be is a Karen! But keeping clients informed and updated is their promise, so follow through please!

The work is good, the detailing is alright, but my biggest grievance is a supportive Trans Rights bumper sticker was mysteriously removed from my car. And that's pretty gross misconduct and wildly unacceptable behavior.

I will not be using them in the future.

I cannot stress too much how satisfied and impressed I was with the service that I received from the folks at Cartelli's Body Shop in Greenfield, MA. Aside from the fact that their work was absolutely top-notch, they very considerate, understanding, and certainly very helpful when it came to navigating insurance, etc. It was a perfect transaction, and they made things such that I only had to endure the LEAST amount of inconvenience possible (any of which was beyond their control). I should also mention that I had 3 estimates done prior to making a decision, and Cartelli's Body Shop came in at around 25% less money than the other two places. These guys went above and beyond.

I was really pleased with the work done at Cartelli’s. Dale was super helpful in explaining the insurance and car rental process. Customer service was all around Great. The estimate for work was aligned with insurance coverage. I had a front bumper replaced — the work was done in a timely manner (about 1 week) and the new bumper looks great.

Out of a horrible situation my brand new Ford Bronco with less then 2000 miles on it was hit in my works parking lot and the person responsible decided to take off but thankfully someone saw it and contacted the police and they found them. It was a huge headache when I finally got the approval from the insurance company’s it took over two months Bob Cartelli’s was a shinning light they were very professional from the first time I called to the last time I stepped out the doors. When I arrived I told them I had a rental being dropped off in about 20 minutes they called the car rental company and let them know I was there then filled out the paperwork. This was by far the best customer service I have ever received and I work in customer service. It’s nice to see a company that values their customers. They needed to replace the front bumpers and-headlight then do body work and repaint the passenger side front corner of my Bronco. I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked when I got to pick it up yesterday looked just like it did the day I drove it off the car lot. I know it’s just a car but this is the first brand new car I have ever bought I’m almost fifty I’ve worked my butt off to finally be able to purchase this for myself.
Thanks to whole team at Catellis for the hard work and professionalism I will be recommending you to any and everyone in the future!!!

I feel so lucky to have found a great local repair shop. Our car hit a snow bank (ok maybe 2 snow banks) doing some serious damage to the low clearance of our 2022 Prius. They worked with me to show me everything that could be repaired and prices. I just had the major things done and they were fine with that. But the car came back spotless clean, and the paint is a perfect match. I will for sure be back, (although I am in no rush to crash into anything else). But a really nice crew, and extremely helpful.

With what I experienced at this shop I'd have to give them a 1 star review. A wrong part (the same wrong part all times) was received or ordered on 3 separate occasions, I'm not quite sure because communication was very poor. I was not notified at all when anything went wrong in the process of fixing my car, I'd have to call them myself to get any updates at all for any information regarding my vehicle. They would tell me several different times that my car would be done and that they had received all parts and it needed to be assembled, I would call back they day my car was supposed to be ready, and they'd tell me it would be another week, they received a wrong part, and this happened 3 times with no communication. I understand mix ups happen, but there should have been way more communication than there was. I wasn't kept in the loop about my car at all. I finally get my car back and the front was cleaned very well, even though I did turn down cleaning service, but that I can appreciate that, that was until I realized my quart container or coins were gone from my center console, and a bunch of random stuff from my back seat was in its place.

The work done was very good. The time it took to complete the work was it seemed to me very long. So just be prepared for a somewhat longer rental period than you might expect. 5 stars had it been done quickly. In fairness, maybe waiting on parts was just out of their control.

Brought my car here since they were listed with my insurance. Communication while they had my car left a lot to be desired. After picking up my car I noticed a few things were not quite right. After numerous phone calls, and multiple trips back I brought my car elsewhere.
The next shop found numerous issues including safety issues, inaccurate work, and missed damage. My insurance approved rework that required 2x the original cost to be done.
I recognize places get busy, but not responding or following up with a customers concerns is unacceptable.

Worst place ever and I was warned I took my car to them for a wreck my hood was working fine and my mud flaps was on my car and I have pictures and videos when I got my car back my hood wouldn't pop anymore and my mud flaps are gone and the screws that go in my bumper that they obviously didn't put back my bumper is not properly put back right called them and they couldn't find my mud flaps but still don't explain why my bumper is missing the rest of the screws the guy tried to say my hood pin fell off when it's brand new and my mud flaps fell off that is screwed in I drove the car from Mississippi to Massachusetts nothing is missing driving it around town nothings missing but after I get my car out the shop and really just did a walk around because I got my car at night time and seen what they really did and they tried to get over on me talked to the manager and he laughed like this a joke people cars are their valuable things shouldn't be no reason why parts are stolen off cars and you call back and they act like it's your fault we don't know what's being done to our cars behind close doors every place got cameras so make it make sense you put your trust in people and they break it now I don't even trust these people to touch anything on my car at all what's to say they take sum else off and so call lose it you got cameras it ain't hard to press rewind but it's hard to tell the truth and be honest and I know it's a guy that works there that has the same mustang as me he pops his hood to crank his car up I was cranking my car up from the bottom they didn't ask for my permission or nothing just went under my hood to start my car so what else they did without telling me cause telling me something after the fact is foul I got the whole voicemail word from word I never gave yall permission to go under my hood you suppose to put the parts back that you took off if I don't have all my pieces that means you halfway did the job and didn't finish was just ready to get paid and get a check it's curtesy to make sure what you took off to put it back why is I'm getting my car with stuff missing never said they forgot they just tried to blame me and said they don't see it in the shop no investigating or nothing just trying they best to get over on me

Someone ran into my car and took off. I went to Greenfield Toyota to see if their body shop could temporarily repair the damage so I could take the Autotrain back home.

They use Bob Cartelli's Body Shop at 382 Deerfield Rd. Since I'm not familiar with the area, Mark, a service advisor from Greenfield Toyota, took the time to lead me there. He called ahead, and they were waiting for me to arrive. In less than 1/2 hour, the damage would no longer prohibit me from putting my car on the Autotrain. (They can't have damage to board).
Everyone at both companies extended courtesy and care that is hard to find now days.
I recommend that you put your car's care in their capable hands. Thanks guys!!

Cartelli did a brilliant job on our Ford Fusion. Went in a disaster and came home sparkling new. We were stunned at beauty and craftsmanship. Took a while to get parts (not their fault — supply chain issue — but worth the wait. Highest recommendation. Thanks guys!

I love Cartelli's, both the Toyota dealership and the body shop! I bought my 2016 brand new Taco TRD off road from them, and then trusted them to disassemble, repair and paint my classic VW van which is super complicated. If they break a bracket or connector they might not be able to find another one. My van came out looking complete restored and many classic car guys commenting on the
autobody and paint job. I returned the next summer for windshield issue and they made sure the van was a priority. Congrats guys on expanding to your big, new facility in Greenfield this spring and hope more people get to experience your greatness!

I had some work done on my escape that was in a minor accident and my insurance paid for all the work done after paying my deductible to the body shop.
They held my car for over a week and half for ordering the wrong headlight twice!
My part was an aftermarket piece and I could not wait a third time for them to order the wrong part again, I could fix myself for cheaper.
So, needless to say I ended up with two different headlights after paying my deductible and still having to do an hour's worth of work on my own ripping the bumper off and side panel to change a headlight!

A few years back a man backed out of his space at big y and slammed into my acura! Their body shop brought it back to its former good looks! The process was easy!Updated 3/17/25! Snow and ice slid off of a slate roof and crushed my hood! Steve and the crew at Cartelli's once again came through and repaired the hood! Great job!

Great facility that is HONEST! I had a hit and run occur on the back bumper while at work in the parking lot. My insurance company suggested taking my truck over to the Cartelli's. They worked on my truck for about 2-3 weeks. About a month after I heard a rattling noise in the undercarriage that was never there before taking my vehicle to them. I called up the shop, explained the situation and they were VERY accommodating in asking me to come down to have a technician take a ride with me. The tech hopped in the vehicle and within 10 minutes was able to diagnose the issue. We drove back to the shop and in 10 minutes he corrected the issue...at no charge. I would recommend thos company to anyone who is in need of a competent, customer service-oriented and honest autobody.

It took them five weeks to fix the liftgate on my SUV after a low speed car accident where I got rear ended. It took them so long that my insurance company would no longer cover a rental vehicle! Even after the five weeks, the thing was still stiff and squeaky for the remaining year I kept the vehicle, but I didn't have the time to wait another five weeks.

They were very friendly here, took my insurance claim and even had a nice rental vehicle for free while they worked on the family car. However, the paint didn't hold up in areas and there are rust spots where they worked on the back of the vehicle. I thought about bringing and back and seeing what they said. I am not sure if they stand by and offer a guarantee on their work. The work was done 5 months ago.

I came to Bob Cartelli to get an estimate on paint job . Because they could not take it in right away , I went to another local licensed body shop who did terrible job and I had to come back to Bob Cartelli.
Because they had to do additional work, such as sanding down to bear metal. I agreed to that and they did a decent job with exception of few spots where pain ran.(I have pictures of that)
I came back and spoke with Eddie , the estimator who agreed to repair that and they did the job to my satisfaction.
About a year later I noticed that paint started to crack on hood and trunk.
I called the body shop to ask what the warranty was.
The person on the phone tried going back and forth with me and his boss to get an answer.
I finally asked to speak with his boss directly .
I believe his name was Bob. All I wanted to find out is what the warranty was, if any, and if there was none, I would make plans get it repaired on my own.
Bob didn't even want to listen to me,.He was very rude and talking over me.
He said they have a lifetime warranty on workmanship but because car had been previously painted by non professionals, the warranty is void .
He said GOOD LUCK TO YOU BUDDY and hung up.
I then called Toyota dealership that I believe owns the body shop. I was very frustrated, but the lady on the phone was very polite and courteous .
I was promised a phone call from the General Manager. Will update on how it went...if I ever hear from them.
I will excersize all my legal rights to make sure this does not happen to anyone else and will make arrangements to display the vehicle on Hope Street , near where the body shop is located.

Can't believe I'm the first to review these guys. Could not be happier with the service we received when I was unfortunately involved in an accident right after one of the many snow storms of last winter. Although there was very little mechanical damage, our highlander was trashed body wise. We were sure the vehicle would be totaled. Instead we had our vehicle returned to us in pristine condition. And they even detected the very small leak in the radiator, which was then replaced. Couldn't be happier with the service we received . Recommended to all. You wont be sorry. :)
