Carports and Buildings Direct, LLC

I’ve been trying to get a quote from Jordan Bennett since February 28… Still no quote - I have reached out requesting updates, even sent pictures from their website of exactly what I want, and nothing. If they can’t even manage a quote, how will they manage an actual order and installation? I guess I’ll go with Viking.

They did an amazing job. It took them 3 days. I am very pleased. I am looking to buy one more for my business.

Beware... There are not a licensed contractor in many areas of indiana and could not install building as promised in their advertisement. But did take my deposit. Hanna Goin said last week that I had been credited the $1900.00 According to Visa it was not done or even attempted. I now have filed a dispute with Visa. Beware...

I ordered a carport almost three months ago. The representative, Hanna, said the estimate delivery was 3-6 weeks. I liked the timeframe as I had a big event planned and needed the carport for it. Almost three months later I still don’t have a carport. I posted a comment on their Facebook page about their estimated delivery being inaccurate and they blocked me from commenting or messaging them. That is terrible customer service. When I brought it up to an representative on the phone, she said, “it hurts our business.” You’d think they would have messaged me or commented on my comment vs. deleting it and blocking me. At least I can post a review in regards to their terrible customer service here without them deleting it. I did file a complaint with the BBB as well.

In response to your reply: My comment on your Facebook page wasn’t negative. It simply stated for people to be aware that they aren’t accurate with their delivery estimate. I was in customer service years ago and know what good customer service looks like. You don’t block someone with an honest comment. You reply and state exactly what you stated. Maybe even send me a private message apologizing for the wait but that it’s out of your control. Instead nothing! A company that can’t handle negative feedback is a company that isn’t for the customer. I need two more carports but will go with the local company All Steel NW. Everyone recommended them. I wish I’d have listened.

This is an great company to work with. Jessica went above and beyond to help me. Always answered all my questions. She worked very hard to get my deal. We texted back and forth hundreds of times, because it was easier while I was at work. It was because of the customer service, people that truly care that I went with them. Even asked how it was going while it was being built and how it turned out finished. Very fast, polite and hard working construction crew. I would highly recommend them and will go to them for any future buildings. My 31x28x10' garage turned out great.

This company is awesome fast delivery great product and eagle carports did a great job on installing my building A+ guys

I'm very happy with my garage and my dealings with Wholesale Direct Carports. the only issue i had was with getting it installed. i needed to be the last delivery on the trailer. We had a very wet year here in Virginia and the driver was afraid of getting stuck on a couple of attempts. they got it done. the installers were impressive. worked nearly non stop. only 2 guys. they stayed until it was done . they finished everything up using their generator and a flood light. i would definitely use WDC again.

Jessica was great to deal with & walked me through the order several times. Got exactly what I was looking for and the Eagle crew worked late through a rain storm to finish the job in 1 day.

This was a great company to deal with and awesome customer service!
Answered all of my questions honesty and professionally.
The installation process was just as professional. Showed up when promised and did a fantastic job!
If your looking for a new outbuilding this is who I would recommend!

Great company to deal with, as well as their customer service. Hannah was an excellent sales rep who went above and beyond to get us the building that we wanted. We have recommended Wholesale Direct Carports to many of our friends and colleagues. The negative reviews that I see posted here obviously didn't actually complete their order with WDC...as I have heard only positive things from their actual customers. If you're in the market for a manufactured building, you should know beforehand what you are getting and what you are responsible for on your own. You shouldn't put others down for your own lack of knowledge.
