TruRoof replaced the roof on my mother's house after it was damaged by a storm in August 2024. Don at TruRoof spent a lot of time documenting the damage and helping us understand what we needed to provide to prove the extent of the storm damage.
Don also spent a lot of time replying to the insurance company's requests, and went out of his way to make sure the insurance company would not only pay for the roof replacement, but also pay for the other damage caused by the storm.
I was impressed by Don's willingness to help someone deal with an insurance claim for expensive and difficult repairs, and his patience in explaining the whole process. I have rarely interacted with a contractor of such high moral character.

This is a very professional company. They cleaned up after themselves. The project manager, Jose, kept us informed at every step and went above and beyond with our project. Our garage had a gaping hole in it and our house was in great need of a roof also. The roofers did not play loud music and were not disrespectful to me either when I had to let our dog out on my day off. They said it should take one day and it did. They started on time and placed tarps over our bushes. I would highly recommend this company. All of our questions were answered and they helped us deal with the insurance company. They told us what to expect. The roof looks beautiful as you can see and we have a ton of pin oak trees around us…
