These guys have done several roofs and gutters for us at this point. Everything from flat roofs, metal and asphalt shingles. In the nearly 30 years I have been building homes, I consider them to be the best I have worked with. They are EXTREMELY professional and knowledgable. Miguel and his team cut a custom-made outdoor fireplace cap on site, then installed it very effectively. Then they went beyond the call of duty and went onto the roof to remove a Direct Tv satellite dish I was no longer using. I would highly recommend them. They showed up when they said they would and did great work.

I live in a house that was built in 1912 in historic Hillsbourgh, with a metal roof. I didn't know who to reach out to for repairs with some leaks that just appeared a few weeks ago. I found Carolina Professional roofing online and took a chance with them. How lucky for me to have chosen them! They came right out and took a look at my roof. They inspected the roof by climbing up there but also took photos with a drone. They promptly diagnosed my problems and made the repairs within a few days. This company is awesome and I would highly recommend them for all types of roofing. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable!

I can’t even explain how amazing Mike and his whole crew are. Anyone who has been reading about Helene knows how terrible storms can be in North Carolina. We needed help with our roof before the storm and Mike and his team were incredible. They came out and looked at the roof, gave us multiple options at different price points, came BACK to the house just to talk it through with us. And then fixed the roof beautifully. All in the space of week! The work itself was done in a day and there wasn’t even a nail left on the ground.

I’ve already recommended them to tons of people. I’d also like to say that as two women we often get taken advantage of in terms of pricing. Mike was incredible, respectful, thorough. I would recommend him to any female friend, elderly friend, anyone who other contractors often think of as easy marks. We will definitely have him replace our whole roof when it’s time.

Such a positive experience from beginning to end. Our roof was damaged during a wind storm, and these folks did our repairs, replacing the back slope of our metal roof. We can't say enough about the amazing job they did!!! We are having them back to replace the rest of the roof later this year and add gutters. Carolina Professional Roofing replaced our roof after trees fell on it 9/2022. Mike Montoya gave us a very competitive quote and scheduled ASAP. He oversaw the entire operation and communicated with us throughout. He even came out several months after the job was complete to help diagnose a problem which, as it turned out, was not related to the roof. And when we referred a friend who used CPR, Mike followed through with a bonus check to us as promised. Great customer service! The crew foreman, who has decades of experience, supervised and worked directly with the crew daily. We are very happy with our new roof and a job well done by Carolina Professional Roofing.

Carolina Professional Roofing is the best company we have ever hired to work on our home. We replaced our entire metal roof after sustaining substantial damage during a storm. After receiving 4 estimates we chose Carolina Professional Roofing because their price was fair and we liked our interaction with Mike Montoya, the owner. Mike is everything you hope for in a professional — he’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, on time, customer focused, and an honest business owner. After discussing options with Mike, we chose to upgrade the metal roof to a 24G standing seam and replaced fascia, soffit and 6” gutters. The crew also was excellent to work with. They politely answered any questions we had, they showed up when they said they would, they worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of everyday they were here. The roof is beautiful! We could not be happier with their work. Carolina Professional Roofing is an outstanding company and we highly recommend them.

These are great roofers and terrific people as well. Mike, who oversaw the job, was invariably on time, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The roofers were likewise on time, professional and mindful to create as little disturbance in our daily routines as possible. Did quality work and cleaned up the premises as well We checked out a half dozen roofers and these folks are the best,

They replaced the old asphalt barn-type roof on our 24' X 30' shed exactly matching the color and type of our house roof. Job was completed in one day as scheduled at the quoted price which was considerably lower than other metal roof quotes. They replaced rotten wood pieces on one of the eaves and added flashing all around. Mike responded to all of my calls and questions and did a small repair to the asphalt roof to ensure no leaks until they could complete the roof installation. Would certainly use them again for any roof related problems.

Sometimes when it rained a small amount of water would leak onto the floor near our fireplace. (We never saw the water falling and there are no marks on wood ceiling to indicate the exact path of the water.) We suspected the problem was the caulking around the chimney. CPR carefully re-caulked our chimney. We hope the leak problem is solved (but will have to wait for rain to see). We were impressed with CPR's knowledge and the care that was taken, and will use them for any future roof work that we need.

What a great group of roofers. They installed and repaired my roof in a timely fashion. The cost was incredibly competitive and their responsiveness was impeccable. Spoke with them often throughout the job and never had an interaction as described. I feel incredibly thankful every rain to know that the roof is holding and that there will be no leaks. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have referred many clients to their services and hope they are around for years!

The crew that came to my house was as unprofessional as it gets. They would curse loudly at each other, and a couple times almost got physical with each other! I don't know what a good roofer looks like, but this crew looked ROUGH.
One of the guys had the nerve to make a pass at me - Come on!
I had to keep telling them to keep their truck and their equipment off of my neighbor's lawn, but a few hours later they kept doing it.
If all that wasn't enough, they did a poor job of cleaning up after themselves - there were still nails and trash in my yard once they were done.

Have used Joe and his company for two houses, and two investment and commercial properties. He does really great work, and does exactly what he says he's going to do. We had a stick from an old tree pierce the roof a few years after and he came and repaired it for us at no cost.

We decided to have a metal roof installed this past spring and contacted Joe Mareka of Carolina Professional Roofing. He came to our house and discussed options and pricing. We were so pleased we decided to go with his company on the spot. His crew arrived on time and cleaned up each day before they left. The job was completed in the two days promised. I also like that Mr Mareka was on site each day. We have gotten many compliments from neighbors and dog walkers.
