I have used Carney Contruction for over 20 years through my real estate company and on my personal home. They are prompt, reasonable and will not replace a roof until it is absolutely needed- they are glad to make repairs if that is a more reasonable option. LOVE THEM! Got to my house pretty quickly and gave estimate, which was reasonable (sunroof replacement.) Didn't actually use their services however because HOA ended up repairing it.
