I have used Carlton Construction several times over the years. They always do a great job, we recently just had them install a new roof and gutters on our home and as always, they did a super job. We absolutely love the color. Chad and his team are very friendly and will make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any roofing needs.

My husband and I were given Carlton Construction's information from a family member who had a new roof installed by them. They were quite pleased. We contacted Carlton Construction after we sustained roof damage from a storm. We dealt with Cameron. Cameron did an excellent job of explaining all aspects involved with roof replacement. The crew was professional and cleaned up the property nicely after the install. My husband appreciates craftsmanship and was very pleased with all the "extras" they did on our roof to do it the "right" way. Thank you! We are so very pleased with their work.

I called Carlton Construction and spoke with Cam for an estimate for a new roof on my outdoor shed. It wasn't a big job but one that needed to be done. I obtained three estimates. One company did not want to do the work because the job wasn't large enough. Cam was very professional. From the initial call, to receiving the estimate, to completing the project look less than 4 business days. Great service, great communication, and great value. Cameron was very helpful and told me to have the bank sign our insurance check first. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I did my research and their Malarkey brand shingles are better than Owens Corning or GAF. They installed the roof quickly before the upcoming wind and snowstorm in December. Our roof held up perfectly in one of the worst storms in a while. Our old roof would have failed even worse than before. Malarkey shingles are also hail resistant even getting you an insurance discount. I strongly recommend Carlton Construction and their Malarkey shingles!!! They are great installers and give a 5-year workmanship guarantee. Of course, the shingles have their own guarantee as well. They gave a competitive price and finished the installation in one day. You won't go wrong with Carlton Construction!

I called Carlton Construction to repair my roof after a wind storm blew off several shingles. 2 other companies tried to sell me a new roof (my roof is only 6 years old)! Carlton came out, took a look, gave me a fair quote to repair the damage, we sealed the deal on a handshake, and a few days later it's as good as new. Finally, a company I can trust!

Amazing and professional work from this company. We had three different quotes and Chad and his team came out the cheapest and definitely the best choice. Had a tough chiney roof leak and Chad was honest that those weren't fun or easy . He was the third team I had out to look at it. When he described how he would completely tare off everything and redo it correctly and told me his price, I couldn't shake his hand fast enough and ask when he could start. If you need roof work done right he's the guy to call. They are very busy but he's worth the wait.

This company has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend them. They are honest which is hard to find in this industry. I have yet to have any work done (other than a few shingles) however, their communication has been phenomenal.

Chad and his crew did my elderly in-laws’ roof this past summer and they were very pleased. I cleaned out the gutters today, first time on the roof. Best, most professional roofing job I’ve seen, with excellent cuts around vents, valleys and newly built gable around the chimney to keep water away. I will hire Chad when I need my roof done.
