- Carlson Roofing is putting up new roofing for our Creekside Condominium HOA; thankfully, their Foreman Juan Cardoso has done a great job managing this complex work and keeping us well informed.
- Following a blustery rain/wind storm, I called Carlson first thing this morning and they pulled two workers to come over within 90 minutes.

they are roofing in our condo complex, I don't have to wait for the roof to fail, cause it will due to incompetent installation. YOU DONT ROOF WHEN IT'S RAINING!!!. Shingles don't seal, water trapped under the shingles will rot the plywood . Oh yea the felt paper is soaking wet also. Never have I seen such poor workmanship and disregard for quality. Even the shingle manufacture states not to install in the rain cause THEY WON'T SEAL PROPERLY!!!
30 yr roofing system premature failure due to improper installation. They they cut up the underlayment to expose the seating underneath. Then instead of putting new underlayment down they installed the shingles right over the top resulting in the catastrophic failure of the roofing system by water getting past the underlayment and through the sheating and into the living spaces. This was done to an 80 year old blind man. They are the worst kind of contractor out the I could ever imagine. Anyone who would knowingly do such a thing to a disabled veteran should be strung up. Carlson roofing was contacted by all that was recieved was lies and runaround. If you value your investments of any kind do not hire these individuals. May god have mercy on their souls for what they have done to us and I'm sure countless others.
This company has been doing the roofs of the apartment complex I live in, Canyon Creek. They have been here since August I believe and have left trash and debris all over the complex. At first I thought oh they will pick it up when they are done in this area. Well they are on the complete other side of my complex now and all the trash is still there. I have attached pictures and there’s much more than pictured here but you get the idea. They have left caution tape in bushes, a rain gutter on top of one of the carports and there are dozens if not hundreds of these little orange/pink and green circle pins all over the complex. They are destroying the environment by doing this and it’s just down right disrespectful. These are peoples homes, pick up your trash.
