Carepro Roofing and Exteriors

This company was subcontracted by DaBella to do my roof back in November 2023. Upon them finishing the job, multiple spots of vinyl siding damage were discovered. I brought this up to Leon, who first stated that older siding becomes brittle which is understandable & I don't believe the damage was done intentionally. He agreed to send someone out to repair the damage his crew caused, which I felt was fair compensation as I wasnt seeking a full new replacement. Weather started to turn, so I gave him/them the benefit of the doubt. It is now June, and no attempt to make contact has been made. I should have withheld payment to Dabella until all was made right. Their project manager was well aware of everything & still proceeded to pay Carepro and not see that they followed through to make the promised repairs.
Had they followed through, I would've gladly used them on future projects
