I could not be more pleased with Cardwell Roofing and my new roof!! I got several bids and carefully studied them and compared materials used, warranty, etc. Cardwell Roofing’s bid was clear & complete, and it was more than fair. From start (coming out to take measurements, etc.,) to completion, owner Casey Cardwell and his team were here when they said they would be (which I’ve learned is a rarity in home repair & improvement); they were polite, worked hard, etc., etc. They came out quickly & did a fantastic job, and I can’t praise them enough!

After obtaining estimates from several local roofing contractors, we chose Cardwell Roofing, LLC and are very pleased with their work. They removed our old roof, inspected all decking, and installed a new roof with an ice and water shield, ridge vents, a drip edge around the perimeter, etc. They arrived promptly, worked diligently, and completed the job in one day. They were respectful and took special care to cover shrubs, flower beds, and patio items. When they finished, they picked everything up, hauled all debris away, returned patio furniture to where it was, and even rehung our shade sails for us. When they left, there was not a single nail to be found anywhere on the ground! We love our new roof and highly recommend Cardwell Roofing, LLC!

I recently had called Casey Cardwell about putting a news roof on my house as well as many other roofing companies. I have to say this man truly does what he says he’s going to do and will not bulls@@t you.. Casey and his crew were there when he said they would be, they went up and above on the craftsmanship, they were courteous and respectful. I double and triple checked the work and could not find any flaws. All the lines and valleys were precisely done and as a result of this I can honestly say money well spent. Thank you so much Casey the world would be a better place if other people would follow thru as you guys did. Anyone needing a roof done needs to call and invest their money wisely. Id always bet on Cardwell roofing they reign supreme hands down. I would give 20 stars but unfortunately I can only post 5.
