Cardinale Construction

Cardinale construction has been a nightmare to work with. I’ve had several issues with them with the demo of my job moving forward on my job. I’ve actually had to hire a new contractor to get this job finished. Still waiting for invoices to be refunded that he charged for. Please be weary of working with Colin and or Cardinale construction.

Was hired to do a roofing job. I should have known better cause he just stopped and asked about my roof. I was planning on getting it replaced so I hired them. Long story short. They did not do the services they billed for and damaged my house. They knocked the chimney off my house. I was told they was going to replace it. I had a $2700.00 balance and they called for it everyday. I paid it and I called about the chimney and they all of a sudden could not call back. They was able to call me for money and email me, but they can't be reached to correct a wrong. I have the emails and the security video of them knocking the chimney off my roof. Wife does not want me to deal with it in court because the cost of me replacing the chimney myself is less than the court case. Proceed with caution if you're looking for roofing work. I advise going elsewhere.

Cardinale Construction has been an asset to me as a Realtor. They help me get my clients’ jobs done on time and I know that when I have them helping out in my deals I can count on the work to be reliable and done correctly.
