Cardinal Roofing Inc

We own 2 old commercial buildings in DFW that have had a history of roof leaks. Then a contractor we employed referred me to Cardinal Roofing. We have now been using them off and on for several years. We thought we would need to put new roofs on several years ago. However, with Cardinal, we have been able to defer that expense. We still do not see a need to replace the roofs soon. It’s Noah’s Ark out there today, and I have not received any phone calls from any of our tenants. Before Cardinal I used to always get tense when we had a lot of rain. Not anymore!

Probably some of the most shady business dealings I've ever dealt with. They told me it would cost nothing out of my pocket they would use the homeowners insurance to be able to fix whatever I need in the roof. Which turned out to be a lie. And when it came to me paying the company for the job that they did. USAA paid 70% because they only did 70% of the job they did not replace the roofing on the shed as well as parts of the roof in the main home. Within a month of them finding out they're only getting paid for 70% they sent the bill to collections. After they received 70% of the pay might I add. So now I have to work hard to get a bad business deal off of my credit when it was sold to me that it would be no money out of my pocket. Do not spend your money with these guys

These guys are crooks they tried to hide a hole they put in my siding on my roof. Then they tried to rip off my insurance company by overbidding and never gave me a contract for the work to be performed. And when my insurance company did not pay they put it on my credit.
