If anyone is in the market for radon mediation or even slightly concerned about radon at all, I HIGHLY recommend Cardinal Bama. Jody and his team evaluated our basement, removed a previously installed faulty system from another group, and installed a new system all in the same day. They were efficient, inexpensive, and very clean in their work. Our radon levels are now the lowest they've ever been!

Just had a great Radon Mitigation experience with Jody and his team from Cardinal Construction. The hardest part is always finding the right company. After doing my DD, Cardinal had the best online and BBB reviews for my area and Jody is certified in all things Radon. Really enjoyed their no-nonsense can-do attitude without the upsell. They were able to accommodate my schedule by bringing in 4 guys to the job and banged it out in 1 day. They went above and beyond twice, first they spray painted the white 4" PVC exterior tube to match the brick house for free and secondly Jody upgraded me to a larger size pump than was spec'd in the contract. Even his roofing sub Keith was a riot. Highly recommend.

We needed Radon remediation several years ago and Cardinal and Jody were there and provided professional, courteous service in engineering and installation for our remediation. I have a constant Radon monitoring system and the levels have remained in the low acceptable range since the remediation. I would highly recommend Jody and his team to provide professional, quality, and thorough work for any remediation task.

Great company! We enjoyed doing business with them! We bought our house at the end of the summer and the inspector tested for Radon which was at zero at the time. We got an Airways radon detector a couple months later and our radon levels were fluctuating between six parts and 10 parts. The EPA recommends 4 or less. Radon tends to be higher in colder months becuse there isn't as much air circulation in houses. Radon is a gas that seeps from rocks under your house that is odorless and colorless. It can cause lung cancer when you are around it for long periods of time. A lot of people have it in their homes and don't know it. Cardinal came out to our house and gave us an estimate and had a team install our mitigation system and membrain sealing our crawl space in one day!

My wife and I recently did a remodel in our 20 year old home (focusing on the flooring, paint, and kitchen). We hired Jody (Cardinal Construction) and couldn't be happier with the work. Jody and I met to discuss the work that needed to be done, set a budget, and he stayed within that budget updating me all the while during construction. The quality of the work was top notch. He and his team were able to handle the full array of the job including plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, tile and cabinets. He was available to answer questions and provide updates. 5 stars. Highly recommend if you are looking for a contractor who can handle all the different jobs involved in a remodel.

I recommend Cardinal and Jody completely! We had a number of things that needed to be done to ready our house for sale. He arranged each task quickly and had crews there within days. working with me on each thing to minimize expense to me and get it ready to show asap. Jody is profession, honest and efficient! Couldn't recommend more highly!!!
