Needed to have keys made so drove up mauka. Town Ace Hardware did not have what we needed. It's all good!

Well stocked with quality selection of anything you need for your home and friendly staff that goes above and beyond. I ordered a heavy Komodo grill and they delivered and helped me set it up with a friendly smile, even though they were under no obligation to deliver it.

Super friendly and helpful staff. A lifesaver if you need something that is not food in S.Kona.

I wrote the first paragraph 6 years ago . That is all still true. For 6 years I have been having great experiences at Ace! Today one of the staff members save me $200. and huge amount of aggravation with a simple solution to a gate opener repair! The prices at Ace may be a tiny bit higher but the service, knowledge and kindness you experience there is priceless!!!

There is a assistant supervisor named Craig recently employed here who was rude and unprofessional and unfriendly. I've been coming to this store for 13 years and this new employee really made the visit unpleasant and unprofessional. I would advise you to avoid this ace and drive a few extra miles and go to Lowe's or home Depot or a different ace hardware. Until Craig is either fired or transferred from this store. I don't advise anyone to go here and get treated rudely like I was. When graig is gone , then I'll lift this bad review and continue my shopping here.

Easy to find a employee to help you.. Usually they offer there assistance :) lately they have been also inproving there stock and available items. Saved me many trips to Kona
