We used Capitol Insurance Restorations for our roof repair earlier this year. Andrew was very professional and explained the process clearly. He personally was there every step of the way, helping us and and working with the insurance company to resolve the claim for our roof, and made the process less stressful.

Their team is responsive, timely and sets good expectations, and meets them. The work was done on time, in a professional manner, the site was prepped and after the installation was left in a good clean condition. There was a post install inspection performed by Andrew to ensure that the work crew completed the job to their standards.

Overall, we are very pleased with the results and our decision of choosing this company for our roof repair work.

My rep from Capitol was on time, explained the process to me in the detail I wanted, and they took care of dealing with the insurance company - which was a major relief. My biggest worry was settling on a color rather than calling the insurance company for hours on end.
