Needed a bid so the insurance would cover it and Brittani made everything work out. Customer service that made me feel taken care of.

Capitol Exteriors did an exceptional job replacing my gutters. They were professional and kept me informed during the entire process....beginning to end. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend using this company.

Everyone was helpful and professional.. both the office staff and workman in the field were excellent to work the overall quality of material and workmanship was outstanding

Had a chimney cap put on my chimney. When it started leaking I called back in to have them come out and look at it. They keep saying they will call back, but never do. Every time I call, its the same thing, "let me look you up and I'll call back". Nothing. Super frustrating.

Pro’s:
Jason (quote provider) was nice to work with and understood what we wanted to do. Subcontractors they hired did mostly good work, a few things were off but nothing major.

Cons:
Took much much longer than we were quoted. Communication was poor and had to always be initiated by us.
No final walk through to talk through issues or imperfections.
Communication to subcontractors wasn’t great, we had to be there to help make sure they did the project correctly.

Overall we are happy with the final product but the path in getting there for the amount we paid seemed to be lacking. Would not recommend to others.

Jason and his team replaced our fascia and put new gutters up for us. They went above and beyond and did amazing work! We will for sure be using them again.

Very responsive and great customer service! Capitol Exteriors replaced our garage wrap in January, but the garage wrap started to snag the garage door sweep and then droop. Contacted the company and immediately had a reply. They came out in two days and remedied the problem. Repair techs contacted me before they arrived and went through the replacement to make sure I was happy with it. Wonderful to have found a company with such great communication and customer service! Finished product looks excellent.

Jason Boyle with Capitol Exteriors was amazing to work with. We had a roof leak and he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how fix it. Jason and his team are excellent. They replaced the siding on my home and went above and beyond to make sure the repair was perfect and high quality. When they found some major unexpected problems underneath my siding, they even fixed those without charging me more than we agreed on originally. So impressed by their dedication to doing great work, and my house looks amazing! I will definitely be using Capitol Exteriors in the future.

Capitol Exteriors transformed by shabby home into an amazingly beautiful home far exceeding my expectations. They were fair with pricing and they are perfectionists in their work. All their employees and subs are well mannered and professional. I had my gutters replaced, siding installed and painting done. I am beyond grateful to Jason Boyle and his team for doing things professionally, quickly and charging me fairly. We just completed a full exterior remodel of our home with Capitol Exteriors. This included removing all the stucco and replacing it with James Hardy board, replacing the soffit, facia, gutters, downspouts, windows, exterior electical lighting, and doing work on the roof and brick. The entire home was also painted.

Using Capitol Exteriors was a great decision. Our home looks amazing! Jason, the owner, clearly cares about the quality of work performed. Jason was on our job site regularly ensuring the work was being completed on time, on budget and to our liking. Rarely have I had good experiences with contractors...this experience was completely different. My neighbors keep telling me daily how incredible the house looks.

This is a fantastic company. I was driving by a home three blocks from mine. After a few days I stopped to ask them to bid my rain gutters. The jobsite they were working on was clean and the guys were friendly. I had them come to my house they bid my gutters and they look fantastic. They were great to work with, on time, clean and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great job with a great price. I also called the office to make a payment and their office staff is so nice and very professional.

Capitol Exteriors did a complete exterior renovation (siding, stone, trim, gutter etc) on our house, and we could not be happier with the results. The project, from planning to completion, took several months. Jason directed the entire project for us. He navigated us through the planning and materials selection, the demolition of the existing siding, made sure there were no problems from the bad weather, co-ordinated with the window installation, and made appropriate suggestions along the way to insure the project result was the best it could be.

The crew was skilled, professional, and above all - easy to work with. They never complained about changes or adjustments. They showed up each and every day, worked all day, and took great pride in their work. They even filled in days on the weekend when there were inclement days during the week. When the project was complete, they removed all of the debris and left the site clean.

I would highly recommend Capitol Exteriors for any project you may have.

They were suggested to me from a friend, they came and quoted the job with a fair quote. They had a cancellation and asked if we wanted to be bumped up a day or two. The installers showed up and explained what they were going to do. Started to rain heavy they stayed and finished the job. They didn’t leave my home until 7:00 that night. Highly recommended. Now the home looks complete.

I had this company replace a section of rain gutters in my back yard. The work crew didn't come out for the original appointment and showed up the next day. Then they didn't even finish the job--They left 3 feet of downspout off! I had to call back to the company to have them come out and finish the job. I just found out, six months later, that they didn't even cut a hole in the gutter for the downspout--no wonder water was leaking through my bedroom window right next to the end of the gutter! It was being overwhelmed. I have since had a different roofing company come and fix their disastrous errors. This could have cost me thousands of dollars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They did a great job for us. Replaced facia, soffet, and installed siding. During the job they found hidden damage that they showed us and fixed it for a reasonable price. I would use them again.

When I got a bid for what I thought was a needed gutter repair, they quickly let me know that the real problem was with the roof. I was recommended Capitol Rain gutter by John, the owner of Pioneer Roofing. John was extremely honest with me throughout my roofing experience so when he recommended this company I trusted his opinion. I never met with a representative for the gutters instead it was all done over the phone and I left a check under my door mat. I'm extremely impressed with the installation of my new gutters and had a worry free experience. They seemed priced fairly which was also refreshing. I recommend!

We were referred to Capitol Rain Gutters by a friend, and we're glad we were. We had ice dams building in our gutters and getting under our shingles. They came out promptly and gave us a bid, which was very reasonable. The weather was horrible that week and we expected them to cancel, but to our surprise they were there as promised and completed the job, putting up new gutters, flashing, a dedicated electrical circuit and the heating coils. It is working great. They were so polite and efficient and everything was cleaned up after the job was done. Their customer service was exemplary, a quality that is indispensable in this generation. We have additional work to be done in the spring and will definitely be calling them back.

Truly one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Between the poor communication and sheer laziness on their part (they refused to meet with us to discuss the job they had done on our house & opted to show up at our house unannounced or when we were at work) I really can't imagine a worse company to use for your home. All of these complaints pale in comparison to the bag that we filled with the rusty nails they left all around our yard. We have a little kid and we are still finding huge, rusty, nails all over our yard - the whole experience has been a nightmare. Bottom line, Capital Rain Gutters jeopardized my family's safety & I would highly reccommend using another company for your home improvements.
