We had Jeff and his team come out after our house got roughed up by hail last summer. Jeff was extremely helpful, was great communicating with us regarding time frames and the management. In the end we went with a new roof, fence was refinished and we had our home painted. Thank you Jeff and the team at Capital Roofing and Restoration!

I was already working with a roofing company but needed a second opinion. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and professional and helped me clear lots of question. If I had not already been working with the other company, I would've have definitely gone with Capital Roofing. Capital roofing will be on top of my list for my next roofing job.

I had hail damage and needed a new roof. I anticipated frustration and disappointment dealing with a roofing company and insurance. I was pleasantly surprised because of Captial Roofing and Project Manager John Schroder. John walked me through every detail of the new roof process and dealing with the insurance company. He was professional, friendly and certainly knowledgeable. John kept me informed of every step, was always available for my calls and texts and answered every question I had (and I had many). We had a bathroom vent that was venting into the attic and causing a lot of condensation along the north side of the roof from the inside. The guys at Capital Roofing were able to swing by, identify the roof itself was sound, and then help us troubleshoot what was going on. They eventually offered to install a vent in the roof and helped us connect the bathroom fan to the vent. Way above and beyond what I expected. Special thanks to Daniel Coleman for helping me through it. Would highly recommend these guys.

Daniel Coleman is a production manager for this company and regular shopper at krystaleaves recreational dispensary and says he gives out some of the products he buys to his employees; he constantly comes in bragging about how he owns his own business and making fun of people who live pay check to pay check. He came in on 5/2/2022 to pick up free joints for a promotion we had on 4/20. We no longer had the joints and were instructed by management to tell people we were out and will no longer be able to give them out for free. He exploded demanding something else for free using foul language and extremely aggressive began to make it personal by insulting the bud-tender; even after the tender was calm and simply stated the facts. He is officially banned from shopping and continued to add to it by writing false reviews on the website about the bud-tender acting "tough" and not giving him his free item. I don't think this is the type of person you want representing your company; he doesn't know how to properly carry himself as an adult when being told he cant have something.

Mike was excellent in directing his team to repair the damages done from a hail storm. New roofing, deck staining, new gutters. My home looks better than it did before
the storm. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done. *****

John was great. He returned my calls and answered all my questions on the spot. His crew came over on time and removed all of the old roofing that was on my house for over 60 years. Repaired or replaced all of the wood that was up there. It was a big job. At least I thought so. John gave me pricing up front and was here when the insurance adjustor came over. They got the job completed in less than a day. The roof looks GREAT. I'm so happy. These folks are great and they know what they are doing. Five stars. !!!

Working with a new contractor is always a nerve racking proposition. From the first phone call Bear very quickly put my nerves at ease. Although our job was not the largest or most exciting, Bear treated us like we were the most important customer that he had. The job was done ahead of initial schedule and everyone we met were professional and personable. A great bunch of people and a great company.

I worked with Bear Shellenbarger at Capital Roofing & Restoration. He came out the same day I called and did a free roof inspection. We were concerned about a possible roof leak and water/mold damage. Even though it turned out to be a non-issue, he thoroughly explained what the possible issues could be and assured us we did not have any roof damage. Will definitely be working with him again if we do need roof repairs in the future!

This is a top flight roofing company. They take care of absolutely everything and then some. The project manager Mike gave us continuous updates prior to and during the roofing project. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience getting our roof replaced with Capital Roofing & Restoration. Dan Coleman was very responsive and we were very pleased with the quality and speed that his crew worked. They also worked well around our solar installers to make sure the mounts had the appropriate ice and water shield around them. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the areas they service. It is hard to find a contractor in Eagle County that is responsive and reasonable in price. Definitely give them a call if you live up here.

We recently had massive shingles break over 25ft of our clay tiles on the roof. I called Bear with Capital and he came over to my house and immediately covered it with a tarp to protect us from leaks. Bear did so much work for us behind the scenes I was truly shocked. He was overly willing to help me throughout the whole process. They repaired our roof so quickly and efficiently that we barely even knew they were ever up there.

The employee, Bear S., was extraordinarily helpful through a tough time with insurance. The workers were efficient and cleaned everything thoroughly. I would recommend this company, Capitol Roofind, to my friends and anyone!

Excellent company, outstanding service, quick work! Let me tell you why! We had several companies come out to bid our roof. We met with Mike from Capital roofing and we were ready to sign the contract then. Mike also made time to meet with our insurance adjuster (on short notice) to assist in the process. We have an older home with a low slope and Mike made sure to keep the integrity of the style as well as make sure we got up to code. To complicate the roof replacement...there were two layers of roofing materials up there! Mike and the roofing team handled any ‘surprises’ with ease and confidence. The day they did the roof, other then the new shingles you couldn’t even tell they were there! Excellent job cleaning up! (Unlike my neighbor who used a different company and littered our yard with shingles!) The office staff handled all of the insurance paperwork so there was nothing for us to do but cash the checks! Incredibly pleased with our new roof, the process and all the assistance Mike provided. Wish there were more stars to give!!

Its easy to give a top rating to a business when everything has run smoothly. It’s been my experience that the true indication of how a business should be perceived is when things don’t. Due to a hail storm that wreaked fair havoc on both our house and on the community as a whole, this job had every opportunity to go way wrong. Credit to Bear and the people who physically did the work on the roof for making a statement about who they are as a company. They were clear about the sequence and schedule of the work, they took extra care to keep the damage to the garden at a minimum, they listened, and when the inevitable issues arose, they were quick to admit error when warranted, and to make things right.

All in all exactly what a home repair should be.

Excellent company, and Bear Shellenbarger the company project manager held my hand through everything from the insurance adjuster, the removal and replacement of the solar panels, the painting of the fence, and the removal and reinstall of gutters and downspouts. Hail damaged all of that and Capital Roofing got it all fixed even better than new!

Numbers fell into place exactly as quoted and they handled all with the insurance company, delivered premium product AND the latest design for efficiency. Dusty Rose and team did a phenomenal job handling all the work on my home, which included a full roof replacement, and they also fixed damaged siding and a cracked window; all from years of weather and recent hail storms. They completed all the work in a timely manner, under a tight deadline due to my closing/relocation contract and finished weeks ahead of schedule. To top it off their work was extraordinary. I received many complements from my neighbors, to the realtors, to even the new buyers of my home. Capital Roofing and Restoration has now serviced our house twice in 5 years. We’ve had a couple massive hail storms roll through and they have been a life saver. But only roofing but helped with a connection for windows and painting. They are now my go to for all exterior repairs if we get storms. Worked great with our insurance.

Jeff stopped by today to check out my roof for hail damage. He was honest in stating that I had no damage on my roof and that nothing needed to be done. Even offered to fix a few holes where someone had pounded some nails for free. I will contact in the future if I ever need repairs.

The project manager Dusty is the best, she worked with my insurance and even caught some details they missed and agreed to include in the appraisal. Then she came back after the job was complete to do a qc check and even made sure my neighbors yards did not have any debris in their yards. I highly reccomend this company!
