I couldn't be happier with Capital Real Estate Construction. They are great! I told them we had a leak in our roof. That the old heavy plaster on the ceiling on the third floor, which is our daughter's room, was becoming damaged. They came right out.
The two roofers were super polite, really quick, and cleaned up the ground of all the broken shingles. The price was a lot better than I expected.
I highly recommend!

Moved into a home last year remodeled by Blaine and his crew. Recently had to make a number of fixes. Narrow trench and lack of a sump pump caused water coming into the basement, the crew used flex dryer ventilation the whole way through the upstairs bathroom (which is illegal and a massive fire hazard), and a Y connector that caused moisture to come back into the bathroom and caused condensation leaking onto the bathroom floor, which we had to get replaced along with the drywall, and now have to get the tankless water heater replaced, as it's causing issues with our upstairs shower, and multiple plumbers have told us the brand they used was not only recalled years ago but way too small to heat water for a house of our size. Just horrific.

Great overall experience! Blaine was very responsive from initial communication for estimate through the end of construction and final inspection. The deck is gorgeous! I’m so happy with the colors and deck design. They did a fantastic job!

The thought that I would ever spend over 100k to remodel my kitchen was a pill I did not want to swallow especially after having prices that were half that, however the promptness from Blaine the idea’s that he had and just the over all thoroughness from the first phone call til the day I signed the contract was just above and beyond everyone else. My wife and I discussed it and just gut feeling was your gonna get what you pay for. Going with Capital Construction was hands down the right decision. Everything went exactly the way Blaine said, there where no surprises which is almost unheard of in a project this big and this time consuming. Hank and the crew were amazing, I remember Blaine saying “ with us your not dealing with $100 a day backyard carpenters, my guys make $40 or more an hr “ and you could tell, these guys were professionals. End result we have the kitchen all our friends envy and it made our forever home our dream home. I’d highly recommend these guys to anyone for anything, and I say that because after my place they did my neighbors roof, windows and deck. I don’t know if there’s anything they can’t do. Needless to say you can tell I’m happy and whoever uses these guys will be too. Thanks Blaine you are definitely the man, I’ll see you in a few years when I can afford for you to come back and do my master bath.

Wonderful experience with the window installation. We decided to replace all windows, bay window, and shutters. The bay window looks amazing with the metal roof. Hank was great to work with -answeing all my questions and managing the project + clear communication. The install team was very professional and great group of guys. Very happy with the window install by Capital Real Estate Construction.

Blaine and his team helped me to waterproof my basement, installed A/C, and installed new windows in a quick and easy manner. I was happy with the professionalism and timeliness of the work completion!

Had some miscommunications about work my neighbor was having done to his house, but the owner was very responsive and came right over to talk about what happened as soon as he heard about it. He genuinely seemed to care and wanted to make things right.

Exceeded my expectations.

Capital Real Estate Construction LLC recently replaced my roof and they were extremely easy to work with. The roofing crew showed up on time and were very professional. Blaine frequently stopped by checking on the progress and he would send me before and after pictures of when any wood needed replaced or if there were any issues that came up during tear off and installation. They did an amazing job with clean up and I would fully recommend them to any of my friends or relatives.

Sent 1 text message 2 the owner Blaine Johnson about a plumbing problem at my moms house n the next day it was done! Not 2 mention it was done by him personally and the best price I could’ve hoped 4! Saved me Atleast $100!!! Thank u 4 being reliable n honest man! Me and my mom appreciate you!

Bill and his crew were amazing to work with. They converted our useless third floor space into an elegant and functional master suite. We were continually impressed by the company's professionalism and attention to detail. Throughout the entire project, Bill's creativity and enthusiasm contributed to a final product that far exceeded our expectations. My kitchen started as an old, oddly set-up room that we thought we just had to live with. There were so many immovable objects to work around, that we thought we had almost no choice in layout. As soon as he walked in, Bill was obviously excited to take on our challenging project. He really loves what he does. After only a month of construction, I can now say I have the most beautiful kitchen (and powder room--they added one of those, too!) I have ever seen! They moved radiators, raised windows, moved gas line and plumbing and worked with almost 100-year-old electricity to take our old kitchen and turn it into not only a beautiful room, but a room that fits with the rest of the "feel" of our 1922-built house. Everyone involved in our project was professional, creative, pumctual and efficient. Bill kept us informed every step of the way of any issues that needed our attention or decision, and offered us both his opinion and the most price-effective option in every situation.
