I had the pleasure of working with Manuel Diaz. My roof was definitely damaged from a recent storm and my insurance initially denied my claim. However, Manuel and Capital Designs Construction fought tooth and nail for a full roof replacement. The process was easy for me, I am so glad I chose them as my contractor. Our project manager, Mike, made the process of adding new siding and a new roof extremely easy and communicated with us throughout the entire process. We experienced a hiccup with the coloring on some of our roof shingles, and it was identified, and the shingles were replaced in a timely manner. Despite much back and forth with our insurance company, both Manuel and Jordan kept pressing on until my wife and I both received the coverage and work we were hoping for. Not long after a recent hail storm blew through Mr. Jordan Queen stopped by and talked to me while I was outside doing lawn work. Didn't really think about hail damage from the storm, but a quick look from Jordan and we were informed that damage was there. Jordan coordinated an inspection with our insurance company and our roof was replaced a week later! Super quick and easy and only cost us our deductible.

The owner was quick to assist with any inquiries and the staff were quick to take care of must of the insurance companies communication.

Super easy process. They came to inspect the roof and when damage was seen they coordinated with my insurance to inspect it together. They whole thing was covered and they took care of dealing with insurance directly. I basically just had to coordinate appointment times. Communication was good, the roof looks great and it was hassle free!

Ihsaan Singleton did a roof inspection on my house. He took his time, was professional and provided great service. I ended up not being charged because there were no damages on the roof, which was satisfying. Highly recommend!

Manuel Veiga is the best person to work if you have to replace or fix your roof. He was always available to answer my questions on time. The root was completed in one day after the HOA’ approval and all necessary paper work!
