His report was user friendly, detailed and he was very knowledgeable and thorough.
Leo worked on a Saturday morning when he usually doesn’t in order to get it done for me.
He went above and beyond to answer questions and make sure we understood what was in the report.
Many things were brought up, good and bad, overall just amazing service.

This guy is a scam, paid the 300$ fee beforehand to get a home inspected, he went out and did the inspection, then completely ghosted us. All we needed was the report and he never answered calls, emails or texts after the inspection. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I was concerned about lead base paint in my home and I was recommended to canyon view. Really responsive and knowledgeable. He had fixed some other things around my house as well so I just felt like he took care everything and was professional and friendly about it all

I had a miscommunication on scheduling and had a very limited window to get the inspection done on the house that my mom was purchasing. Leo worked on a Saturday morning when he usually doesn’t in order to get it done for me. Everyone else that I called told me that they couldn’t work us in. He is Super professional, thorough, and well priced. Thank you so much. We will definitely call again if the need arises.

So I’m a first time home buyer and I didn’t really know what to see or look for in the house. So I got ahold of them and they were quick to respond and meet up the next day. Did the whole walk thru, ever nook and cranny was searched through and it was amazing just seeing the whole process done. Many things were brought up, good and bad, overall just amazing service. Truly affordable and have recommended them to many of my friends also first time buyers. Will recommend anybody looking for amazing service, great humor, perfect timing and truly affordable. Thanks again✌
