Canopy Roofing installed a ceramic tile roof on my historic Hudson River Valley home. The installation was excellent and their regular maintenance is fantastic. They do not outsource their work. They do it themselves. They are very skilled and do an excellent job each time.
With out a doubt, the worst customer service i have ever had the dis-pleasure to deal with. The lady who answers the phones when I called from a referral , clearly told me she was
'too busy with paper work and to cut to the chase." I made it clear again I was referred to her by a very reputable colleague, she hung up on me. If she treats someone that has been sent their way, I'm scared to think of how they treat others. good luck and to the lady that answers the phone, your hurting your bosses business. i don't even want to rate a star at all.
