The two guys that came here did an excellent job..discovered I had some
issues with the gutters & I’m scheduled for them to return…to replace some
sections…I would definitely recommend them …

The crew arrived promptly and cleaned the gutters efficiently and without any issues. Unlike previous services, the team was fully equipped with proper safety gear, which I appreciated. After completing the job, they ensured all debris was thoroughly cleaned up and removed. Aside from the spotless gutters, there was no sign anyone had even been here. I would absolutely recommend Westchester Gutter Cleaning without hesitation.

The company didn't give me a heads up they were coming so I wasn't home to see how the work was being performed or to speak with the workmen. When I came home I discovered that the power was off in my garage and I couldn't get into the garage. Have no idea if that happened as a result of their work.

They were great. The service was awesome. No interruption to my day. They came in and did everything while I was at work. The communication was amazing from the start to the end. The reports were very detailed.

When it was Ray running things and not Ned’s I would be able to call to schedule and it would be taken care of quickly. Now that it’s all under Ned’s I have to wait a few weeks to get service. They offer next day allegedly if I sign up for yearly service which the costs per service is cheaper. Ray again would not make you wait long at all. Even if I have a problem with a leaking gutter above a doorway which I did now with Ned’s there is no rush on their part unless I sign up for the year. They finally came out to clean the gutters and take care of the issue. Again it was the wait not the specific workers.

The guys who came to do the cleaning were very good. They cleaned up, bagged whatever leaves they had to and left the premise clean. I was concerned because it was December and they needed water turned on, but it worked out well.

The guys came, hopped on the roof and went to it. They were polite, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. They took pictures and showed me the "clean as a whistle" gutters. You couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys!

Westchester Gutter Cleaners/Ned’s did an excellent job. They were done quickly and were very neat. There was no mess and they put everything they used away neatly and in the correct place. Great job!

The gutter cleaning was great. Quality of work was top notch. We had no idea you were coming though. Could someone call or send an email in the future? That would be super helpful.

My experience was great and painless. I submitted a quote online on a SUNDAY and someone called me within 30 minutes with information. Price was more than fair and they ended up doing the job 2 days later. I would use them again.

I used Westchester Gutter cleaning for a few years and was very happy with their service. They were very communicative, let you know what day they were coming, and were very careful with the cleaning: they bagged the debris on the roof and brought it down, and at my request did not use the leaf blower on the ground and would disturb our flower beds. However they have now been bought out by Ned Stevens and the service is very poor - they just showed up one day without letting me know they were coming, and they just tossed the debris onto the ground into our gardens, and were running around with the leaf blower disturbing the garden when I arrived home. Would not recommend.

Doin a good job for 20 years. Did you merge with another company? I would have liked some notice. Please respond, Ray??

Ray and his team did a great job repairing my gutters. He was informative and let me know what was happening each step of the process. Would highly recommend!

Have to add to this review below. I've asked Westchester Gutter repeatedly to stop contacting us about new service but they keep on sending us cards, messages, etc almost a year later. It's really obnoxious. Not sure why they do it. It just reminds me (again) to never ever use them or recommend them.

Our initial experience with Westchester Gutter was with Ray, and that was overall positive. But more recently we dealt with others there who were pretty rude and unhelpful. Also they left garbage in front of my house. I don't really expect them to be super friendly but it's fair to expect them not to have give us an attitude, especially given that their service is not cheap.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL: Beware you will get a quote and then when they come to do the job, they will raise the price. I accepted this the first time they came out as they claimed the last people had done such a poor job that there was unforeseen work to be done. However two years later, it happened again. Despite the fact that I had spoken to his office ahead of their coming about the cost of the job, Ray not only refused to honor the price but tried to raise the price by almost 40%. When I questioned him about this he simply walked off the job rather than come to some agreement.

UPDATE: I appreciate receiving the response below to my review, however I am sorry to say that the explanation provided is a mischaracterization of what transpired. I met you outside BEFORE you looked at my gutters and you began by telling me you didn’t agree with the $25 reduction in price that your brother offered me to keep the price flat to your prior visit and that you needed to take a look at the gutters. You then went up on the ladder in the spot that collects the most leaves, lifted a pile of leaves out and declared that not only could you not honor the quote, but that you needed $125 MORE to do the job. I was understandably surprised and concerned by the very large increase in price. The minute I expressed concern about this you said you weren’t interested in discussing it and would rather just not do the job. Interestingly the EXACT language you use in your response below is what you told me on the phone two years ago when you doubled the price once arriving at my house with the added claim that it was likely because it hadn’t been done properly in the past. The point of setting up and agreeing on a price in advance is so both parties can come to agreement ahead of scheduling a job. If this is not something you are willing or able to do, even for a repeat customer, you should be honest up front and say so. If you do not want your brother to make pricing decisions for the company then you shouldn’t have him calling people and offering to do so. When the price goes up by more than 45% over the original quote not once, but twice, there is a problem.

Ray and team are great work work with. He is responsive to all questions. The work in done on time and on budget. You can't ask for anything better.

Westchester Gutter Cleaning has done a fantastic job everytime cleaning and maintaining my gutters. They never try to sell me any work they feel I just don't need and Ray is always willing to take as much time as needed to carefully explain issues and potential solutions. I recently had joint leak fixed as well as a small section of my gutter covered with a guard. Highly recommend Westchester Gutter Cleaning.

We hired Westchester Gutter Cleaning based on a reference from our neighbor. 2 Techs arrived on time and did a thorough job on gutters that hadn't been cleaned in years because they had gutter guards. Removing the gutter guards took extra time and care but the end result was immaculate gutters free of substantial debris. They also cleaned up afterwards to complete an exceptional job. I highly recommend this organization to anyone!

Ray was a pleasure to deal with, and also actually performed the work with two helpers. Attention to details, quality work, very conscientious of our property. Prompt, and excellent communication. Definitely will recommend him and will use him again.

Very friendly and professional staff. They have been cleaning our house gutters for the last 5 years or so and each time they do a superb job. Recently we suffered some storm damage to a section of our gutter. Ray gave me a very reasonable price to repair the gutter and his team did an excellent job.
