I liked the work done by Koala. They were honest, thorough and tried to make the job the least inconvenient to us (us much as possible). The guys doing the work and their supervisor were very nice. They left our home clean after they were done and I can already tell the insulation is working nicely.

Mike and His entire team were service focused and professional from start to finish. My 3 story town-house took 2 full days and this team was thorough. 18" of blown cellulose in attic after they cleaned and removed 40 years of old dust and insulation. Then they went through all 3 stories and injected a dense pack cellulose, Rock Wool and Foam. Even the sheetrock holes were minimal and his team left them smooth, filled and paint ready. Best part was they left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. I recommend Koala without reservation. Now just waiting to see impact on my Utility bills!

Working with the Koala Insulation team was probably the best contractor experience I have ever had. From the jump, Mike was on it. We recently had Koala insulate our attic and knee walls on our third floor after having our entire roof replaced. They did an excellent job. I was extremely impressed with how much they cared about the job. Paul spent over 2 hours here assessing the entire house to give the most accurate estimate possible. Mike and his crew fixed our house. They air sealed and put in blown cellulose in our attic as well as air sealing and adding insulation around a ground level garage. The difference in our house is hard to describe with words. Its as if someone teleported our house to a different climate. In the short time since it was done I have seen a drastic reduction in our use of the heat and almost all of the houses drafty issues have been solved. Our home has been freezing from a poorly insulated mudroom - Paul from Koala came in, told us exactly where the hot air was going and where the cold air was coming from, gave us a fair quote, and did the job quickly! I got a lot of quotes to re-do the insulation in our old attic and this was the best price we found, and the most down-to-earth people. We had to get 3 layers of old fiberglass batting and fill taken out, floorboards taken out and random trash that was in the attic space from the previous owner taken out and hauled away. We had blown-in cellulose put in, and a storage deck built. The project was done in 2 days, they were very thorough with insulation and cleanup. We love the new attic storage space and there's a big difference in how the house retains heat already. Our space is about 950 square feet of old, uneven situations and hard to reach places and this project was under $10K! Very happy customers and can't wait to work with them on our crawl space.

Mike insulated my attic for the entire house (big job). He and his crew were professional and timely. It took 3 days total for their work. They were courteous and very very clean with their work. I encountered a problem with the the work damaging a part of the ac in the attic that resulted in a water leak. What could have been a disaster was mitigated immediately by the crew. All damage was repaired quickly and cleanly. They were very professional and responsive throughout the project and the problem. I contacted Mike at Koala to remove and replace insulation in my basement ceiling that was infested with mice droppings. I scheduled an appointment with Mike and received a text message confirmation. Nice touch!

Upon his arrival, he performed a very thorough inspection, explained everything in great detail, and even took into account allergies in my household. I received the estimate shortly after his visit and Mike had me scheduled in a week's time.

Had my basement ceiling and rim joist spray foamed in an effort to seal out cold air in winter. Mike is great to deal with, very knowledgeable. Crew was professional, and despite challenging conditions, completed the job and left area neat and clean.
