Great customer service. Unforeseen circumstances delayed my replacement canopy glass coming in. Alex was on top of it the entire time and very responsive. Due to the delay, the boys in the shop installed the replacement glass free of charge. I appreciate everyone getting the truck fixed up!

We bought a Jayco new, two years ago from them. getting ready to head out. We made a appt. Left a list of things that needed to be checked out and some minor repairs. When we arrived they were packed with RVs they were working on. We figured it's the season that's why we made an appointment. The window dressings keep falling off of the walls when we first bought the RV we had to take it back the same day because the whole dressing above the dinette had fallen down. When we went to pick it up today June 2025, one of the window dressings was on the ground again somehow they must have missed that. We asked them to check the AC out that wasn't done. We thought that they would check our tire pressure but they say they don't do tires at all. I was hoping to get my front door screen repaired even if it cost us money and that wasn't done either. We did buy the warranty they sold us . They said it would be done by the end of the day but it wasn't done until the next day. We had to stay an extra day at the motel another hundred and something dollars so they can have more time to fix the list. When we bought an RV years ago I couldn't have been more happy with the service and customer care I received from canopy country but I believe they've gone downhill since we've dealt with them two years ago. Some of the people that used to work there have retired and I think that's where the good quality service came from. I doubt we will come here again and our next RV will be bought somewhere else.p I just got back from checking out the RV again they didn't do my window either make sure that you have all your stuff checked out that you want them to work on because they're not doing it themselves I'm so disappointed

Canopy country is a great place to do business. The staff is wonderful to deal with and everyone is friendly and helpful. We recently bought a No-Bo 18.1 with beast mode. This is something that we had been looking for, for a while. Canopy country had several No-Bo's to choose from so that was nice. However, we had been looking for the 18.1 as it is small and more aligned with what we needed.
Everyone at Canopy country has been good to deal with, Todd, Tim, and James made life easy and we have been very happy with everything they did for us with our new camper.
Great job everyone. I highly recommend anyone looking for a camper to give Canopy country a look. You won't be disappointed.
Cheers,
Ken & Lisa Williams

I spent $1500 with another company in Tri-Cities to not fix. This place took less time and less money to fix the problem. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I have now purchased two canopys from these folks and both times they under performed. The first one was scratched and function was not right requiring multiple visits. This one I just bought they installed incorrectly and are not willing to work with me to make it right. Horrible experience with these people, do not recommend to work with.

Inquired about RV anti-freeze, was told -50 degrees, when arrived the rating was -10 degrees for PVC pipes, which my RV has like most others. Mentioned it, they said oh no, it'll be fine. I then commented that the same product was $6 cheaper at Click-It RV.
The parts Mngr said Take it or leave it, we dont care, the price is the price. With attitude I might add.
So I purchased as I needed it.
Then found Prestone -100 degrees for less than $6 each, easily 60% less than Canapy Country.
I just returned the product to CC and same Mngr with attitude didn't say a word. He returned my $$, but of course couldn't bother to say Thank you Or have a good day.
Terrible Customer service!!!

We have had our 2018 Toy Hauler for a while now. We have taken it to Broadmoor RV in the beginning for many repairs and being very dissatisfied with them. So we started taking it to Canopy Country in Union Gap. Mike and I would like to give a shout out to them for being the best on their work and go the extra mile to get you back on the road. Their Service Manager named Mike is awesome. We can even call him with questions from Arizona and he is always willing to help us.

Just purchased a new Leer canopy for my truck and had to post a review because the whole experience was flawless! I was in a bind time wise but they came through with their promise to deliver on time and actually faster than promised. The day my canopy arrived, I got a call letting me know it was in and that they could do the install the next day! Fantastic service! Well worth the drive!

My husband and I purchased a new NoBo from Canopy Country in Union Gap and we couldn't have had a better experience! Todd and Tim made the buying process easy, fun and informative. We had our eye on a NoBo 19.1 and these guys made our dreams come true! Even better, they handled a full inspection of the trailer when the manufacturer delivered it and made sure everything was up to snuff. When we arrived to take delivery, Todd was more than excited to show us the entire rigs inner workings. Hands down the best place to acquire your new toybox or travel trailer from. Thank you so much! See you guys soon!

They are very limited on supplies to purchase but they can offer them and they service RVs. RV keys can be cut at the Yakima locksmith at 9th and E Nob hill road!

The owner was told not to drive on our lawn when he talked on the phone. Well as soon as the time came he drove over our lawn over three sprinklers. After trying to contact the business about this aweful behavior they ignored all our calls and refused to apologize even after returning to the property.

I’ve had nothing short of great service from Canopy Country. They repaired my broken light on the truck canopy in no time and surprised me with “no charge” for the service. When I bought the canopy 5 months ago, they walked me thru what I needed to know about it. Wonderful Sales & Service is always appreciated!!!
Thank you Canopy Country!

Very disappointed with the service department! We bought a used RV and they did not do a proper PDI. The shower leaked, the stabilizer jacks were complete garbage. When we called and talked with Mike in the service department he was not concerned at all! This will be the absolute last time we deal with them! I would not ever recommend Canopy Country to anyone.

Starting off with Jose, our salesman, he is great to deal with. A great personality and to the point with the best possible price. Andy the parts manager gave a one of the best PDI walk through a possible. Very very knowledgeable and helpful. Upon taking ownership of the trailer, the guys at Canopy Country RV did a fantastic job of presenting a very clean and polished RV to us. We will refer friends and family to you!

Absolutely outstanding service department. Andy was so helpful in helping me with my convoluted situation - and very patient.

And the gentleman who did the transfer of the canopy from one vehicle to another did an outstanding job.

Highly recommend this business…!!!

I had to write a review about this outstanding company and especially Mike in service. Today my husband and I traveling from Illinois to Oregon unfortunately bad an accident. Our first thought was turn around and go home. This was the first week of a long planned 3 month trip to celebrate our retirement. We spoke with Mike and asked if he could please look at our camper and see if it was road worthy. He said he could definitely make time to see us and check out our camper. We drove the 45 min to his shop and he checked everything out letting us know it was safe and we should stick to our plans and continue on. He explained what we needed to do to help secure a few things we were worried about. We were not customers and had a brand he doesn't even carry, but he took time to talk to us and relieve our anxiety. If I lived in the are and was in the market I would go there. They are great people who care about people. Thanks Mike you're awesome.

I had a very good experience with these guys a couple of years ago but I think the guys that are worth their salt are retired. We brought our RV in for some basic maintenance the Windows settings were falling off the walls from the get-go by the way it's a jayco. A 2023 these guys did a horrible job we had to bring it back so they could finish stuff they said they don't deal with tires they wouldn't do my screen front door even if I was going to pay for it. Because we do have a warranty that they sold us. I'm so disappointed in them I'm so disappointed in the service a couple years ago I would recommend these guys highly. But they're not the same people that they were before. If you're getting work down there you might want to go through the RV and make sure it's all done. We had to go through it ourselves and we missed a couple things and now it's too late as my daughter is very sick in Florida and I have to head that way now. They also kept it a long time a day and a half they told me the one day they'd have it done they kept it a day and a half and didn't even finish what I asked them to do it seems like the long list but it wasn't it was basic Little things. I am very disappointed in the service that I received, check the service that they have done.
In addition I'm writing this a month later we have a week on our roof which I'm sure was there when they were looking through it we specifically asked them to check the roof out and now we have a week the refrigerator is not working great I definitely wouldn't recommend buying an RV from them or at least be careful you're not getting a mass-produced one

Was searching for a couple weeks for the perfect rv and found it at Canopy Country. So I contacted them and got in touch with Jose (super friendly guy) told them I was about a week out but wanted it. And they held it for me. Long story short was a super great experience the guys in the office were knowledgeable and very friendly. Walk through was seamless. Would highly recommend (and have been) to do your shopping here.

Looked around for months for this specific 5th wheel.
Called Todd on a whim and he was able to beat everyone's prices, deliver it, and help me set it up.
We had troubles understanding some of the technology in this thing? But he stayed until it was right!
Their warranty is 7 years vs 5.
Kind and thoughtful people too.
Recommending CC to all my friends.
Thank you for a great experience

The team at Canopy Country RV Center in Yakima provided my family with really great service and expertise in the process of purchasing an RV. We live out of state so they found ways for us to virtually tour by video calls and they were really prompt and proactive in keeping in touch, answering questions, and providing recommendations in the process that were oriented around what we were looking for. I also appreciated the time they took to help us with parts that were essential versus convenient so we could be set up to start. Last, being new to the RV world, I appreciated the walk throughs, tips and tricks and demos before we set off to take our new trailer home. Thank you! I would drive out of state again to work with a dealership team like this again.

Horrible customer support after the sale. I bought a new Jayco 24.5 CKTS in June of 2017 and needed some warranty work completed in 2018 and they never communicated back on the status forcing me to go elsewhere. I was also a repeat customer when I needed a hitch installed which had poor cleanup work performed after finding the hole piece in the bed of my truck. More recently, I attempted to consign my rv in 2020 and they wouldn’t do it unless I bought a new rv first even though that was never advertised as such. Hopefully this dealer will get better as time goes on but considering my experience over the last three years, I doubt it.

Purchased my very first RV trailer. Todd (owner ?) and his crews were friendly and professional. Best of all, not pushy at all. I am grad I travel there to get it, it was long 3 hours drive, but it was worth it. Not sure I am going to get second RV as I really like what I got. But I will not hesitate to recommend them. Oh. Price was very good, best in WA.

The Leer truck canopy (100XR) was installed yesterday on our 2017 Ford F150 SuperCrew. Delivered a little ahead of schedule and everything perfect (color match, fit, price, etc.). I would recommend Canopy Country RV if you're looking for a new truck canopy. Andy Barthol helped me select the best model and options for us at a very fair price.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.

2. How much does it usually cost to replace the roof of a commercial building?

3. What factors affect the overall roof repair cost?
+-

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.

4. What is the typical roof leak repair cost, and how is it calculated?

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
