We had an AC system installed about 14 months ago from a different company and experienced many different problems with the unit not functioning properly during the heatwaves. After dealing on and off with the company misdiagnosing the problem we decided to call Campbell & Company for a second opinion. Johnny M came over and after patiently listening to the issues we experienced he spent some time looking over the unit providing us with a probable solution and an explanation to the problem. As of now the problem seems to have been fixed and we are extremely happy with the service that was provided and look forward to working with them in the future.

I am very happy with the job that was done. Chris really took his time to find out why my cold water pressure was so low, he found the problem and fixed it. He was so professional. I want to thank Campbell and Company for making this whole process very seamless.

Very professional and experienced. Fixed the problem in half an hour. Went out their way to help me switch out two light bulbs on the upper level eave. I would need to rent a long ladder to do the work.

Fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! My bathroom looks great now and I never thought a new toilet could make someone so happy I'll definitely use them again in the future for my plumbing needs and hopefully HVAC soon. Chris was amazing!

LoLo and Ed (?) were very personable and clearly understood our goals for the Hybrid Tank Installation. LoLo also offered the Annual Maintenance Plan upgrade to that which we already have with for the HVAC. Sounds like a good idea.

Campbell and Company recently installed a heat pump system in our home. Josh did an excellent job of explaining the things we needed to consider in selecting a system, our various options, and answered all of our questions. Then Chris, Jon and Ryan led the actual installation effort with support by some other members of the Campbell team. Everybody was very thorough, professional and friendly and accomplished the installation in one day, and the result was exactly as Josh had described. This included having to persevere through some unexpected difficulties related to a particular construction feature of our home. We would give Campbell and Company a very strong recommendation.

Skye Tiwater did a fantastic job on the electrical maintenance at my home today. He was polite and efficient and Campbell & Company is wonderful company to work with!

He worked on our propane fireplace. This job was done in a timely manner. I felt the cost was a little high.

This company is great! I am on the service plan. It took 3 visits to find the real problem at. O charge to me. Everyone who came out was very friendly and easy to be around. I will definitely remain a customer.
