Had them out to give us an estimate on a warranty roof repair, but can't get on the schedule. Been trying for weeks now to get a date set and every week we are told "it will be sometime this week" but then no one shows up or calls back. Very unprofessional that they can't come correct the work they did incorrectly in the first place. Find a different company for your needs!
It has been 2 weeks now since my initial service request, and I have received no communication despite multiple follow-up attempts. Because there is a possible warranty issue on my leaking roof installed only 5 years ago, I do not have the option to utilize an alternate service provider. Very frustrating.
