Camp Glass

There is a lot to say about a business that is transparent. He could have accepted my classic vehicle and wasted both of our time but informed me about the process of how my truck works. I appreciate him taking the time when he could have just said no.
I will bring any future windshield problems with my modern cars to Camp Glass.

They were very friendly. Replaced the back glass quickly and had great communication. Our window didn't come in. Instead of rescheduling, they drove to get it and was able to get us in and back on the road.

Excellent service!! I called on Monday for back glass replacement on wifes suv and Mr. Camp arrived Tuesday morning. He is obviously very experienced and detailed in his work and we couldn't be happier with Camp Glass! He has our business and he should have yours!! You will be glad you called Camp Glass first!! I know I am!!

Highly recommend! They did a great job and came to my house while I was at work and got it done. Will use them again in the future! Update: just had them come out for a second vehicle and they did an amazing job on it as well!

Cabot's funniest people to put windshields windshield then. This would be the 2nd time I have used them wonderful great great people reasonable prices.

Had an appointment to have a crack repaired. No call no show after I took a half of a day of leave from work to be at home for the scheduled appointment time, but like I said, no call no show from them. When I called them the following day to figure out what happened, their number had been disconnected so I had to drive to their office. No one what there but there neighbor had his personal number so I was able to talk to him. He was rude and told me that no one asked me to take a day of leave and there was nothing he could do about it. He gave a sarcastic apology about no call no show. All I was trying to convey, was that it would have been no problem if they would have called to reschedule, but he wanted to hear none of that. Was a horrible experience and would give 0 stars if I could. I called Discount Auto Glass down the road and they were more than happy to help, much more professional!

They stopped out the same day I called and stayed to complete the repair on site. Great job and reasonable price. They even handled billing over the phone and I received my paid invoice via email.

I've had both my cars windshield replace and my lawd the best glass company besides my father in laws glass company (he lives out of state). The customer service is amazing the quality of glass is amazing 10/10 would use Everytime get a quote for cash price vs insurance price it saved me $200 by not using insurance and just paying with my credit card.

Camp Glass did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. I called on Monday and they were here the next day. Camp Glass had the most competitive price. They were very professional and thorough. I would use them again for any of my glass needs.

Very friendly reception and staff. Came to me and replaced my windshield and drivers side window in my driveway. Very fairly priced and great quality work. Would recommend to ANYONE needing automotive glass work.

I made an appointment yesterday for them to come by and replace my windshield today before 1pm. No one called to say they were on the way to come fix it by noon, so I called to make sure they were coming. They were not. I was put on the schedule for a different day that I had told her on the phone wouldn’t work with my schedule. I wasted my entire morning waiting around for no one to come.
I gave 2 stars because she was at least polite on the phone.

They did an awesome job replacing the windshield on my car. They were gonna come to my work but it was a rainy day and since I work just around the corner they let me come in at noon when I got off work. ( it was on a short notice too) I was in & out in less than an hour!

We had a cracked windshield we needed replaced, base guys worked directly with our insurance to get everything taken care of within just a couple of days. If you like in the Cabot or surrounding area, call Camp for your glass needs!
