David Barajas came by at exactly the right time to let me know my roof might have some hail damage. I had been out of town when a storm passed through. David offered to check my roof. He showed me obvious extensive damage and offered to do all the negotiations and communication with my insurance company.
He’s a hard working, stand up young man. I got a brand new roof that is better than the original and I hardly had to do a thing.
I hired him right away to do a relative’s roof as well. You can count this as two excellent reviews.

My roof blew off in August 2024. I immediately had differences with my insurance agent. He wanted to repair the damage and I wanted a roof with no patches. I hired Camelback Roofing from a recommendation from my contractor. David and Harvey from Camelback came out and assessed the damage and went right to bat for me with the insurance agent. With their knowledge and dogged determination, I now have a brand new roof that’s much better, than my old roof. I paid nothing out of pocket except my deductible. It wasn’t a quick process, but I will say I am 100 percent satisfied with the character and class that Camelback Roofing used when representing me! Hire them! Thank you David and Harvey!! You Rock!

Where do I start?
This companies supervisor David was a blessing from the first moment I met him. He was so reassuring & positive that I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me with my situation and insurance needs.
I never dealt with the insurance company before and it seemed to get more complicated, but David was there for any and every step of the way.
Honest & true person, that’s David.
After going thru 3 other companies I was definitely relieved hiring Camelback.
The crew was also fantastic,friendly & did a get job!
Communication is a big thing especially when you don’t know about how things work, Camelback is the best roofing company out there.
To this day he still connects with me to check on their work & if there’s any concerns.

in 2019 we had roof leaks in 3 places. I received a postcard in our mailbox from Camelback Roofing advertising roof repair for hail damage/ insurance covered! We had our entire roof replaced by Camelback Roofing summer of 2019. Beginning this past summer (2022) we had roof leaks into our house. I immediately reached out to Luke and anybody that I could from Camelback Roofing. VERY difficult to reach anyone!! Finally reached Fernando. He came out to inspect the roof and told me there was MORE hail damage and to call the insurance company and they would fix it. He said this was no fault of theirs. I called the insurance company though I was very suspicious. In the end the insurance company has inspected, agreed this is not more hail damage and has flagged Camelback Roofing for fraudulent activity and shoddy work. We have had 2 more roofing companies out to inspect and we have been told twice that the roof replacement is terrible work, not up to code and the bare minimum to fix is in the range of $20,000. While I did initially confront Fernando and Luke with this information and they denied any wrong doing and confirmed again that there was no warranty for this, I wouldn't let them anywhere near my house !
DO NOT USE THEM!!! You will regret it. Look back at reviews from years ago, The recent reviews do not reflect the nightmare that lies ahead!

Camelback Roofing helped me get my roof replaced after my insurance company denied a claim for hail damage. They assisted with the reinspection and was able to get the claim approved the second time around. David Barajas was very helpful and attentive throughout the process. I’m very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company. The work was completed in one day, with minor things that were/will be quickly resolved. David went above and beyond to ensure we were happy customers.

Camelback Roofing came out to fix our roof last week. They came out next day and did a fantastic job repairing our roof. Luke was so nice and knowledgeable. I felt very confident that he knew what the issue was and resolved it. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

This company is awesome! Camelback roofing was great at keeping us updated on dates, times and progression of the replacement. They were responsive and took the the time to call and text with any updates. The team did everything they said they would and did a great job! They were quick, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I can’t recommend them enough!

Their customer services is prompt and polite, the workmanship was excellent. I also found there pricing to be competitive, I will use them. again for future projects.

Luke and his crews did excellent work, competitively priced and completed when promised. They cleaned up after each days work, a huge plus with all those roof nails. The crews were courteous, professional and energetic. When you look online for roofer reviews there are a large number of companies each with about 5 to 8 reviews. Not super helpful. Over the years I have probably remodeled every aspect of the homes I have owned. My experience with Camelback Roofing was among the very best. I highly recommend them.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Camelback roofing was extremely reasonable in their estimate so I chose them. Other companies were charging extra for all these things that Camelback Roofing had included at no extra cost. They finished my roof in two days. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to do anything. I love my roof. It looks great. And I just referred them to my neighbor who also is scheduled this week.

Absolutely loved the level of professionalism and attention that was given to us by Luke. We did not have deal with having to call our insurance company for anything. Everything was handled by Camelback Roofing and we also were very happy we did not have to pay anything out of pocket. Our roof was completed within a day and the workers made sure to clean up the little mess they had made. I am beyond pleased and I highly recommend this company! Don’t settle for the first company that knocks on your door call around and get quotes I guarantee you will get the best deal with Camelback Roofing.

I’ve had some friends go cheap and get cheap work that cost them much more later. Thankfully I found a solid local company that stands by their work. Everyone I’ve met during my experience with Camelback has been friendly and professional. Will definitely refer.

The work they did was good . Their was a couple of idea that were a problem but were fixed .

Geoff stayed with me the whole process from being on the phone with my insurance company to do the claim, was here when adjuster inspected home, came by when they were installing roof. It was obvious he cared & had my back. That's what impressed me the most. He explained the whole process to me. And the crews... tear down & roofers, they were fabulous also! Had a great experience from a stressfull situation. I would highly recommend Geoff & the crews to family & friends

My friend referred me to this company and I was so happy with them! I highly recommend everyone else to get in contact with Mr. Johnson for any hail damages they need to get done. I was over whelmed dealing with insurance and Mr. Johnson took the time to deal with insurance for me. I appreciated that so much! He made my life stress free and I’m so happy I was able to get everything fixed with this company.

Camelback Roofing is amazing! My roof, siding, gutters and even the awning looks amazing. I had hail damage and needed an estimate. Camelback Roofing came out right away and told me they would help me with my insurance claim from start to finish. I did not have to do anything or worry about anything. They even filed supplements for areas the inspector from Allstate failed to notice. I had to pay my deductible and that was it. I got my deductible back when I referred two of my neighbors to get their roofs done. I paid nothing out of pocket. They let me pick out the color of my shingles and even upgraded me to a 30 year shingle since the 25 year shingle no longer existed. I couldn't be more happy with the way my home looks. The owner, Luke, even checked up on me and made sure I was happy with everything. You will not be disappointed if you choose Camelback roofing.

The end of 2018 hail storm... I notice my two neighbor's roofs both had hail damage... I referred them to Camelback Roofing in Scottsdale not only did they do an amazing job but also dealt with the insurance companys... I recieved two referral fees! I would definitely recommend Camelback Roofing if you are ever in need of an honest, reliable and locally owned roofing comapany!

Mr Johnson was very professional and courteous. He was very helpful with the insurance company. I was able to get additional funds for work not on the adjusters original estimate. He is very knowledgeable and was always available for any questions I had. I definitely would recommend this company to my family and friends.
