- The work is still not finished... We're missing one of the gates.
- The trim work is not done. They also did not reconnect the drain pipe.
- Shower drain is the wrong color, niche shelf is too short, and bench seat holds water.
- They keep giving us the run around and now they don't answer their phone.

We love our deck! The quality of their work shows, no crooked cuts or uneven boards. The nails in the deck boards are all in nice straight lines and not all over the place. Great quality workmanship and fast friendly service. Excellent job of cleanup.
KAM Construction quoted and performed a 600 foot sunroom addition to our home to include a deck existing the sunroom. From framing to roofing and final siding the time to complete was less than 3 weeks. Remarkable job and could not have asked for more. Chad and his team was professional and efficient and craftsmanship was commented on and commended by several of my subcontractors. Can’t thank you enough Chad for making my wife smile so big.
CAM Construction was referred to us by Thomas Lumber, a building supply company. Our screened in and covered deck foundation was failing and was sinking and pulling the deck roof away from the house. The deck had dropped over 8 inches from front to back. Chad came out and dug up our supports and found them rotted out. We needed new foundation posts set on concrete footings. We needed the deck raised back up to the main house roof and reframed. We then needed new roofing shingles to match the existing roof.. They added extra support beam under the deck as well as 3 extra support posts. His crew were very experienced and knew exactly what to do even when Chad wasn’t here. They were very polite and friendly.
Chad and I had an agreement, I wouldn’t scrimp on the cost if he wouldn’t scrimp on the quality!
