I had gotten several quotes over the past few years for different things my home needed. The roof took the backseat to windows because both were not in the budget. I knew that it would be a big $$ buy, but also knew the house needed it. I got a few quotes and my husband saw an ad for Caliber Home Improvements on Facebook so I decided to call. Super happy that I did. Jared met me in quick fashion and the price was a little less, but that wasn't the deciding factor. Jared didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. His product and warranty was better than the others and I just had a feeling of trust for him. He was able to get us on the schedule super quickly, even on a holiday weekend! His crew was professional and friendly and they got the job done quickly in super hot weather! I could not be happier! My house looks like a different house and I am excited that the back deck won't leak this winter! Thanks Jared and your awesome crew! I tend to hyper fixate on projects, or big purchases which leads to having many questions. Jared was nothing less than exemplary when it came to answering any questions / concerns we had. Throughout the roofing project, Jared was fantastic at setting expectations and explaining things along the way. The end results were astonishing, and it made coming home more enjoyable because of how much better the house looked. We enjoyed the finished roof so much that when we moved, Jared was the first person we called when we needed to replace the roof. We ended up needing to do a bit more than just the roof, it was gutters, soffits, roof vents as well as some siding and trim. Jared was incredibly confident in tackling the list and the efforts paid off, the finished projects on our new house were just as amazing as our old house!
