Cajun Dumpster Rental

Highly recommend this company. The driver walter was so nice, very professional, and always on time for a great price.

I chose “NO” I did not use this business bc the dumpster was not delivered as promised.
On 9/10/21 I was told by Matt with Cajun Dumpster Rental the dumpster would be delivered by 5pm and someone (driver?) would call 30-45 mins prior to arrival. I was almost certain Matt wasn’t being truthful, bc of his delayed response when I kept asking if the dumpster was coming today, 9/10/21. I called back at 4:50pm bc my gut feeling told me IT WAS NOT BEING DELIVERED and again Matt told me the dumpster would arrive by 6pm. Guess what?!!!!!
Dumpster didn’t arrive & no phone call! As you can see, I was correct!!! NO dumpster!!! This company has our credit card# and was given to Tanya on Thursday, 9/9/21, who mentioned no confirmation # is needed, instead would email something. Never got that either!!! The only thing Matt had to do was tell the truth from the get go! If no phone call on 9/13/21, I will file a complaint with BBB. And I won’t stop there!
