We recently had our roofing, siding, skylights, gutters, windows, and decks done, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled.

Recently used Caguana to replace the roof on my primary residence. Process was very straight forward and Luis (owner) was the one who met me for the inspection/estimate. This led to a better first impression with Caguana rather than other companies that sent a non-tradesman with a tablet that couldnt answer real questions. Throughout the process Christina was also very helpful with answering questions, offering selections, and kept me updated as needed. Day of installation, crew worked hard and were respectful off my lawn and flowerbeds which was huge plus in my book. Installation went as planned with no crazy upcharges and I was asked for my approval on the limited plywood replacement that was needed. Clean up was thorough and job was completed on budget and as promised. Roof looks amazing and very happy I went with Caguana. I work in the trades and own a custom kitchen company so I know good vs bad tradesman. Luis was great and i have already passed his name on.

Caguana expertly installed a new roof on our house, and the work was completed in a single day. The dumpster was delivered on Friday afternoon and the crew arrived at 7 am the next day. They put down tarps to protect our bushes, deck and areas around the perimeter of the house. The old roof was stripped off, ice and water shield was applied, flashing was replaced, and a new ridge vent was installed. They cleaned up all the debris and went through the yard with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. Luis, the business owner, was there on site and when the job was completed asked us if we had any questions and told us to contact him if there were any issues. We are very pleased with their professional work and our new roof looks great. We would recommend this company without reservations. There were several colors of shingles to choose from and we chose the Max Def Heather Blend.

Luis and his team removed 2 layers of roof shingles, put the new roof on and replaced two new skylights. His team worked quickly and efficiently and had all the work done in 10 hours. I would highly recommend them. Great job!

The Caguana Construction crew came on time as agreed to and proceeded to do a complete stripping and re-roofing of my house. They worked very well as a seasoned crew and did a wonderful job. Everything was done nicely, and the end result was a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the completion. I would definitely use them again. They did what they said they would do. A very professional company that delivers. A really good experience.

Caguana construction came and examined the roof and gave me a very good quote on the work without trying to sell me anything that I didn’t need. They scheduled the job as soon as they got the permit from the town and then completed the job in one day. They cleaned everything up and were completely professional from start to finish. These are honest, hard-working guys who know what they’re doing and do it well. I’ve already recommended them to two other neighbors and will continue to refer people to them.

Needed to strip off 6 yr old ridge vent materials initially used in new construction and replace with best ridge vent products. Work 3 roof ridges was completed in an afternoon. Really impressed with clean-up and removal of material debris. Much happier with attic venting between soffit and ridge vents when done properly. Recommend this contractor!

Luis was very prompt at coming out to see my issue and give me estimate and explain everything. The price was fair and the roof was replaced in one days. He was thorough when he came to do the initial inspection of my roof and gave me a complete explanation of all the issues with my roof.

I can't say enough about Luis and his crew. They were so organized and fast! The dumpster was dropped off the day before. They arrived by 8:00 and were completely finished and totally cleaned up (nails picked up from the grass and driveway) by 3:00. A skylight needed replacing. They got the skylight and sold it to me for cost and installed it for a very good price. They did an expert repair on my garage roof. And also helped with a few other small things for no extra charge. The price was very, very good - quite a bit lower than several other estimates I had. I highly recommend them.
